I got stuck in the middle seat of the helicopter, even though I paid full price! Can't even enjoy the view, just squeezed between two window people, staring at the sky the whole time. They should totally charge less for the middle seat or just put four people in the helicopter. It's not worth ruining someone's once-in-a-lifetime experience for a few extra bucks. Seriously.

The admin part left much to be desired, a lot of waiting and rescheduling but the pilot herself was good and knowledgeable.

I would say the flight itself was very phenomenal and the pilot was super nice, she was very warm and welcoming. However, it was my birthday and I didn’t feel the welcome and just overall hospitality for that, like atleast do a little special thing for people’s birthday even if it’s a cardboard birthday hat or something. I see someone didn’t like their seat and they got a free ride again right after. So I know they are capable of doing more.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. First, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the flight itself and that your pilot helped make the experience memorable with her warmth and professionalism. We will be sure to pass along your kind comments to her. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that your birthday experience did not feel as special or celebrated as you had hoped. We understand that occasions like birthdays carry extra meaning, and we certainly never want a guest to leave feeling overlooked during an important celebration. While operational and accommodation decisions can vary depending on safety, availability, and specific circumstances on the day of flight, we do understand your perspective and appreciate your honest feedback regarding the overall hospitality and atmosphere you experienced. Your comments have been shared with our team as we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and make special occasions feel more memorable. Thank you again for celebrating your birthday with us, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Bad customer swrvice. They told me that air space is closed when i was in the taxi. Then when i canceled the taxi they messaged me that it is open and me to come. I got another taxi and double paid. Awful!!!!

Hello, We are very sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration surrounding your experience and transportation arrangements. At times, temporary airspace holds and restrictions can change very quickly and unexpectedly due to FAA and NYC air traffic conditions, which may result in sudden operational updates. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially while already in transit. Please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance regarding your experience, and we would be happy to review the situation further with you.
