The experience was so good, all the staff from the moment they entered the building and exited the helicopter was super incredible and helpful. The flight experience was also great + all the staff and pilot train and guide you well on all the safety matters. Can't wait to go back again.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was smooth and well organised, and they even managed to get my wife booked on at the last minute. What a way to see New York — the views were unbelievable. My wife is normally a very nervous flyer, but she said the helicopter flight didn’t make her feel nervous at all, which says a lot. Our pilot, James, was excellent — very professional, informative, and had a great sense of humour that made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting New York! We had the door off! It was a little cold 😂😂

The views of the Statue of Liberty were breathtaking. The flight duration was perfect, and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend!

A nice experience, but I reserved a seat with my feet out since January and when I arrived I was given the seat behind the pilot (that seat allows you to go out with your feet out 20%). It doesn't seem fair to me to pay the money requested and not get what you paid for. I could very well have bought tickets for a helicopter with the doors closed and had the same experience for much less money.

J’ai voyagé du Canada pour aller vivre l’expérience avec FlyNYON et l’expérience d’accueil a été catastrophique Ils demandent d’arriver 1h 15 en avance et pour un retard de 7 mins, on nous fait payer des frais de $75 USD (100$ CAD) Le pire c’est que une fois qu’on a payé, ils nous installent l’équipement (qui prend environ 10 mins )et nous fait attendre presque 45 mins avant de pouvoir prendre l’hélico À noter que l’expérience avec le pilote était exceptionnelle mais en gros j’étais dégoûté par leur gestion et leur personnel d’accueil Plus jamais FlyNYON et je recommande pas

I have paid a ticket to be able to take my feet out and they have put me in the middle of two huge people, I have not enjoyed They also made me pay a surcharge of $75 each for being late when I had warned that I was late and the train was in the middle without being able to cross

Staff was absolutely amazing and sweet. Experience was wayyy above a 10/10. Our pilot Bianca was fantastic and took us smoothly for such stunning views. Definitely recommend this experience to everyone coming to NYC!
