There was this Kurdish “manager” a short girl with a pink shirt who we called to help assist us during check-in as we had a little miscommunication and instead of being a manager and helping us for our long trip back to Australia she targeted me and our family and made sure we had a bad experience, I fly in out and from Erbil and won’t be back with this airline cause of said “manager” and the poor worker who understood nothing about customer service, they all seemed rude and disrespectful to us, very stressful experience

Guter und sehr angenehmer Flug. Pünktlicher Abflug. Zudem gab es kostenfreie Getränke und eine Lunchbox am Abend auf dem Weg von Erbil nach Deutschland.

قبل عدة سنوات سافرت مع فلاي أربيل، وتم إلغاء رحلتي في ذلك الوقت. صحيح أنهم وضعوني في رحلة لاحقة بعد يومين، لكن الأمر لم يؤثر علي كثيرًا لأنني كنت في منزلي ومارست عملي بشكل طبيعي. خسارتي كانت فقط ثمن تذكرة القطار التي اضطررت لإعادة حجزها. ورغم ذلك كتبت حينها على صفحتهم أنني أوصي بالشركة، وقلت إنها شركة جديدة وتستحق الدعم والتشجيع. لكن للأسف، قبل فترة سافرت أختي مع الشركة مع ثلاثة أطفال صغار. في رحلة الذهاب كل شيء كان جيد، لكن عند العودة حصلت الكارثة. استأجروا سيارة أجرة من دهوك إلى مطار أربيل (حوالي ساعتين طريق)، ووصلوا المطار منتصف الليل، ليتفاجؤوا بأن الرحلة أُلغيت بدون أي إشعار مسبق! تخيلوا أم مع ثلاثة أطفال صغار في هذا الموقف الصعب، ينتظرون في المطار حتى الصباح، دون أي مساعدة تُذكر. لم يأتِ أحد من الشركة ليتكفل بهم أو يوضح لهم. وفي النهاية، جاء أحد أقاربنا صباحًا ليأخذهم للبيت، واضطروا للبقاء أسبوع كامل في أربيل حتى تمكنوا من السفر إلى ألمانيا. كانت تجربة مليئة بالإرهاق والإهانة. كنت أتمنى أن تتحسن الشركة مع مرور السنوات، لكن واضح أن مستوى الخدمة لم يتحسن، بل بالعكس، إغلاقهم خاصية التقييمات على فيسبوك دليل على أنهم لم يعودوا قادرين على مواجهة شكاوى المسافرين. ❌ تجربتي الأولى معهم كنت متسامحًا فيها، لكن بعد ما حدث مع أختي وأطفالها، لا أنصح أي شخص بالسفر مع فلاي أربيل. هذه شركة لا تحترم ركابها و أولوياتهم، همهم الأول والأخير هو المصاري فقط.

There were two things below standard of any long flight. Our flight was at 17:50 but the takeoff was delayed about 40min. This is not unusual but there were no announcement or apology for the delay. Second most annoying issue was that airline states there will be a meal but what we had were two pathetic sandwiches beyond any standard of quality. Flying in the early evening on a long flight without a decent meal in my book is not acceptable. Otherwise the crew both at the desk and on the flight were friendly and helpful.

The fight was deleted two times and the cabin crew was so rude to the peoples and they was not answering. The people is the worst flight I ever seen. I hope trust pilot do something for us about it

Eine schlimmere Fluggesellschaft gibt es gar nicht. Nicht Einmal Pegasus und Ryanair sind so schlimm. Komische Regelungen bei mehreren Buchungen und die Definition und fehlendem Respekt vor Pünktlichkeit.

Never again with FlyAirbill! Today is 27.07.2025 The staff member at the check-in counter, in hannover a man Surani, was extremely disrespectful. We were harassed over just 800 grams of excess baggage per suitcase. There were five of us, and we had to remove a total of 4 kilos from our luggage – this was pure harassment. I would never recommend this airline! Nie wieder mit FlyAirbill! Der Mitarbeiter am Check-in-Schalter,hannover ein Surani, war extrem respektlos. Wir wurden wegen nur 800 Gramm Übergepäck pro Koffer schikaniert. Wir waren zu fünft und mussten insgesamt 4 Kilo aus unserem Gepäck entfernen – das war reine Schikane. Diese Fluggesellschaft ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! لن أسافر مع شركة فلاي إيربيل مرة أخرى! كان الموظف عند مكتب تسجيل الدخول (سوراني) غير محترم للغاية. قاموا بمضايقتنا بسبب 800 غرام فقط زيادة في كل حقيبة. كنا خمسة أشخاص واضطررنا لإخراج 4 كيلوغرامات من أمتعتنا – كان ذلك مضايقة واضحة. لا أنصح بهذه شركة الطيران أبداً!
