Very bad service, bad timming, bad meet, always dont start att given tim,information in the airplain is in kurdish language.

recently flew with Fly Erbil from Düsseldorf to Erbil and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Better to pay another airline and fly with either Greek airline, Qatar even Pegasus than fly erbil. Worst airline ever not worth the money better to pay little extra with another airline .

my second time to fly with flyerbil it is the worst service and so disrespectful to their customers. an elderly man had lost his hearing aids under his seats and asked several times if they could help find them but still yelled at the man and they were generally bitter towards everyone and if you asked for something they came after an hour. NEVER AGAIN fly with this airline
