Worst airline ever. First our luggages didn't arrived with us, they arrived after 4 days, then they refused to acknowledge their mistake and they will not give an status when or if you are going to het your luggages. Second when the luggages arrived we needed to travel 600 Km to get them because they don't provide transportation services. For kurds don't let the supporting kurdish businesses fool you to fly with them. They are not worth it.

Einmal FlyErbil – nie wieder! Ich fliege seit Jahren mit Lufthansa und Eurowings. Wegen des Krieges wurden meine Flüge gestrichen und das Geld dort jeweils innerhalb kürzester Zeit problemlos zurückerstattet. Diesmal wollte ich bewusst FlyErbil unterstützen, um eine Airline aus der eigenen Region zu wählen. Leider war das ein Fehler. Nach der Stornierung bekam ich von FlyErbil statt einer Erstattung erst nach mehreren E-Mails lediglich eine Gutschrift. Diese habe ich akzeptiert und anschließend rechtzeitig einen neuen Zeitraum für die Umbuchung angegeben. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass alles erledigt sei – eine Bestätigung bekam ich jedoch nicht. Nachdem ich erneut nachgefragt hatte, kam plötzlich die Nachricht, dass das Ticket inzwischen teurer sei und ich zusätzliche Kosten zahlen müsse. Obwohl ich den Zeitraum rechtzeitig mitgeteilt hatte, musste ich letztendlich für die Verzögerung von FlyErbil mehr bezahlen. Auch beim Gepäck eine Katastrophe: Nach der Ankunft am Flughafen Erbil waren zwei Koffer beschädigt. Einen FlyErbil-Schalter gab es nicht. Der Flughafen verwies mich an FlyErbil, FlyErbil anschließend wieder an den Flughafen. Ergebnis: Niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich. Schaden: ca. 200 €. Die Kommunikation und der Kundenservice sind für mich eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich wollte bewusst eine Airline aus der Region unterstützen das war mein erster und definitiv mein letzter Flug mit FlyErbil. Lieber zahle ich künftig etwas mehr und habe dafür vernünftigen Service und klare Ansprechpartner.

Excellent service coupled with friendly communication and exceptional helpfulness! While I hesitated to give a full 5-star review, it's important to note that their flight from London to Erbil was cancelled on 07/08/2026. Unfortunately, they did not offer an alternative flight, failed to inform passengers in advance, and lacked representatives to assist during the incident. Regards. Mosa.

My first time flying with FlyErbil was okay, they only have 2 planes in their fleet so if one or both goes down it causes a issue, so they also need to add more planes, they need to also add more flights for a route in a week, For example LGW - EBL - LGW should be atleast 2-3 times a week instead of once on a friday. On the flight the Cabin Crew are nice the food was also good you have either meat and rice or chicken and rice, with that you also get bread and salad and desert which the food was not hard to complain about, but one massive thing that is a issue is people always standing up and walking around for no reason, if the seatbelt sign is on there is still people standing up and walking around, especially there kids. Their kids jumping out of their seats and running around during landing which is really dangerous and causing turbelunce they also really need to fix on their timing as its always certain they are delayed for a extra 1-2 hours, which also ends up leading to cancelled flights or spending extra money at the airport The only thing I like about this airline was the food and the direct flight from UK to Kurdistan would be better if they added more planes and if they were newer or had a new interior and more flights for the destination and better timing. Also the check in was simple and easy, and they are nice. also if they can increase the amount of kilo you can bring on a plane as its quite low, as its 23kg for checked in bag and 7kg for cabin bag, If they also had direct flights from birmingham aswell other than gatwick london

Conocí a esta aerolínea por unos conocidos que ya habían viajado, y después de informarme de las opiniones de los usuarios, la verdad es que no esperaba buenas cosas de esta aerolínea. Al final, todas mis malas expectativas cayeron en saco roto, y descubrí una aerolínea que no aparece en ningún sitio, pero que es real y con un servicio y puntalidad mucho mejor que otras aerolíneas bien conocidas. La recomiendo para viajar a Iraq. El proceso de reserva muy facil, el personal muy amable y colaborador.

Fly Erbil is the worst choice to choose as it is not even a flying company at all and has not any credibility or dignity. I had a flight on Friday 7/8/2026 to Gatwick Irport. Firstly, the rout as per the rout plan was deceptive as it stated that the flight is direct but then it appeared that it goes to Krwatya then to Gatwick (first shame!!!). My flight was supposed to set at 10:45 in the morning then at the supposed time, an announce came up that there will be a delay of 45 minutes ( 11:30 became the flight time). On 11:30 another announcement came up that there will be a delay of one hour (12:30 became the flight time). Again, on 12:30 a new announcement came up that the flight has delayed one more hour (13:30 became the flight time). After that the flight number and all the details was disappeared on the boards and even radar systems. Whoever we asked, said there is a technical problem in the plane and we are working on it without explaining the problem is something to be solved or when it can be solved or that we are waiting for another plan to take you. Then at around 16:15 o’clock and after several hours waiting they said the flight is canceled without any consideration of the waiting, tiredness and money all the passengers spent. The worst part was that even after declaring the cancelation, no one from fly Erbil approached the passengers to calm down the them or propose any refund, booking hotel or any sorts of compensation. Bottom line, never ever choose FlyErbil because it is a horrible, nonsense and unorganised company (if it is really a company!!!!) and if you choose it be sure you will regret it.
