Do not use this company. They will not give an address for "approved" returns. The address listed states: Not for returns. All attempts are via email and chat im with "David". I am willing to update this review if a return address is provided. Thank you.

Delivery took slightly over 2 weeks. The product looks as described and photographed. I've had them two days and so they have worked for 2 days. edited November 14. The lights are still working and I like them. I was hoping they would do more but for small solar lights they are fine and the price was good.

I appreciate the help from customer service representative Tess, who assisted me in confirming the required voltage and installation method for the floor lamp. The service was excellent, and the product quality is outstanding!

I was happy to find the exact outdoor column lights that we like on your website. The navigation was easy and checkout was straightforward. I did find the discounts you offered misleading. Evidently you do not get a new customer discount if you get the multi light discount. I tried your call center and they were not helpful at all. I am hopeful that the lights will ship quickly and arrive undamaged.

Fast delivery time, and there have been no issues with the product so far. The quality is excellent.

Do not buy from this company if you are in the US. I ordered 3 expensive outdoor lights, one of the globes was smashed to pieces, they do not have a UL listing for legal instillation, the mounting bracket does not have a distance that coincides with any round boxes in the US. Our electrician who has 15 years of experience could not find any instructions and could not believe this company can ship to the US. I am awaiting word from the company regarding a refulnd.

Product is inferior, not worth the money. I was told too costly to send back and the open box policy only allows for a 50% refund, even though they never told me the cost to ship back, so I took the option of receiving only a 50% refund because I had opened the box.
