Having the details and specifications easily accessible for the item we liked made things 100% easier to check the item out to make sure it’s exactly what we needed. Also, having the measurements of the lights laid out like a size chart was really nice. Most lighting companies you have to click on the light and size you want to view those measurements, so to have all sizes regardless of which one you pick was very helpful. We’re just hoping the delivery goes well, because we’re building a house and need to order a lot more of these same lights if they work in the area we need them for.

The website was easy to navigate. Unfortunately, I ordered the items that I wanted in the wrong color. I emailed customer service, on a Sunday, explaining my mistake and I received a reply within half an hour stating that the order was corrected so that I would receive them in the correct order.

Ordered a modern outdoor LED light. I was afraid that the quality might not be good (since return policy isn't great, which I discovered after I placed the order), but it's a beautiful, quality-looking light. Love it and it lights up our outdoor BBQ area beautifully. Tip: comes with no instructions, but you need to open the back of the light, where the cord, etc., are. Not sure how easy it is to install because my husband did it, but it's not a plug-in-socket kind of installation. Needs to be connected to another wire.
