Lights were misrepresented in the description. Also they came from China and took forever. Wouldn’t recommend!

My husband & I are putting a bedroom/bathroom addition on our house, and I have been looking for a unique contemporary ceiling fan for several weeks. When I found the one I ordered online from Flyachilles I loved it's simplicity. I checked the reviews which were primarily positive before ordering. The ordering went smoothly and was very easy. I will give more info once I receive the fan. So far my experience has been very good.

What a wonderful experience I had with Flyachilles. I was apprehensive choosing them for the first time but was completely thrilled with my crystal rock pendants! I bought 3 sets each with 3 large crystals. One of the crystals came damaged but customer service responded immediately to my email with a replacement of just the broken item, I did not have to return the entire fixture. I have and will continue to order from them and highly recommend them to everyone.

Reviews in their website are fake. If you try to post an honest review on one of their products , it won’t actually show. ** In response to The Flyachilles excuse. I should not have to contact customer service to get my honest review properly posted on your website. If you wanted customers to see honest reviews, you would not filter them. Most of the reviews on products on your website are single reviews which are all 5 stars. That speaks for itself .

I placed an order 6 days ago. Have heard nothing, other than that a payment was confirmed. No shipping information, no estimated delivery day. No other communication.

I was looking for modern ceiling fans. The website was easy to navigate and the selection was excellent: every fan was good looking! Took me 2 minutes to place the order
