Three outdoor pendant lights were purchased and received mid Nov 2025. Lights are scratched, bent, and no instructions were provided how to mount the lights on junction box outside. Flyachilles does not assist, will not approve a return or exchange the damaged light fixtures. Flyachilles can not assist beyond 45 days of receipt. Do NOT buy any products from Flyachilles. Poor quality, terrible customer service. Luz and Paul

Pros: I love your styles and selection choices. Website is easy to navigate. Cons: I tried to buy an 8 pack but the discount for 3 or more items would not apply, so I had to buy a 4 pack, 2 pack, and a single to get the number of lights necessary while also getting the discount to apply. Also, standard shipping time is extremely long and expedited shipping is cost prohibitive.
