What a joke this company is. Cheap product and horrible customer service. I found out the hard way and it cost me dearly..... I would strongly recommend finding another company that cares about its customers and products.

So my scooter needed repair since my…
So my scooter needed repair since my front motor wasn't working at all, i had them send me another motor which i replaced and my LT-01 broke while i was riding which i had another 20 miles to go before i got home, granted they sent me both the part so i installed it, but with no luck on the motor i must get it repaired, but the LT-01 display worked when i installed it. So i dropped it off and they got to working on it, so when i got the email saying its ready i didn't get any price since its still within the 1 year warranty, once i got there to pick it up i got blindsided by a 150$ bill now they explained why its because one of the shocks in front was bended which i didn't know that time but okay... But they also stated that they replaced the LT-01 display so I'm like i just replaced that but i dont wanna be an ass and complain so i took it in the jaw and kept it moving, now the problem was when i got home since it was night time i wanted to use the lights on it and it has RGB lighting on both sides, the problem was when i tried turning it on it never came on, so not only did i get charged for the repair but i also got a broken RGB lighting on my scooter.... So now i'm stuck with no RBG lights on the side and they are rendered useless, so not only did they break something but i got charged for it... Ever since i bought this scooter throughout months i have problems with it, from having to replace the tires and the inner tube but its all been bad luck, mind you i use this to travel with since i drop off cars in my turo business, it was out for at least 3 months which cost me uber rides, but also i paid for the scooter just to have it broken with something else... So now I'm here thinking maybe that's why its broken so i needed to come back to them to get it fix just for them to charge me when they break it, ok now i see pattern now my warranty is gone they will charge me to fix what they break... Well business gotta make their money some how but this was is just ridiculous. Overall for them sending stuff so i could fix will get them 2 stars from me, My advice don't shop with them, don't get it repaired since most likely they will break something just for you to return after a year so the warranty will be out and they will fill their pockets with money from faulty products. Heed my warning shop from someone who cares not someone who gives you good deals.. cause in the long run u will spend more.

Fluidfreeride isn’t worth your time or…
Fluidfreeride isn’t worth your time or your money! I ordered my fluid vista and got the package with no handle bar screws. I understand everyone is human and mistakes happened so I called the company and told them the issue and they said they would overnight ship the screws to me so I can ride my scooter. Well here we are 4 days later and still haven’t gotten my screws. I have another friend that has the fluid vista so I borrowed his screws to put in mine to try out the scooter. Well let’s say this, they are very fast and fun but very short lived. I have 20 miles on my scooter and it’s already not broken. I rode up and down the road this morning and it shut off at %80 and still won’t turn on even when plugged in. They are completely junk! JUNK JUNK JUNK! HOW DO YOU PAY $1600 FOR A NON WORKING SCOOTER? I’ve tried reaching out several times and keep getting told they will get with me shortly. There is no effort to make this issue right
Save yourself the trouble and find another company.

Fluidfreeride is a crock of s***
Fluidfreeride is a crock of s***, They told me that I would be able to exchange my scooter for a new one do too falls and people getting hurt because of suspension problems. And at 1st they said they would exchange my scooter for a new one but should not be on a "time bassis". How can they not exchange on a recall my scooter?

False advertised shipping times. Zero correspondence post sale.. not cool
I ordered a throttle cable last week that was an estimated delivery of 1-2 days according to the estimator tool on the site. Its now been 6 days, and i cannot get a response from the store. All the tracking number shows is that a label was printed three days ago, but the package hasnt been brought to the carrier yet. . Ive emailed customer service and texted the number from the site that says its for "reach us via sms" not a single word back. I would just ask for a refund but i cant find the part anywhere else. Lame.

So far so good
So far so good. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. They shipped my scooter within a day or 2. They reply to me within an hour. Reading through the 1 star reviews it seems 90% of people here ride in rain or break the scooter themselves. You guys have to understand that fluid and other companies are pretty much drop shippers with scooters. They buy in bulk for cheaper then sell for a slight profit. Just like every other company. They do repairs as well at their local shop. They might give the scooter a once over or just send it out as they received it. Unopened and new in the box. For issues like warranty and replacements they have to contact the manufacturer and then contact you back. I'm not 100% sure this is how it all works but I'm pretty sure I'm close to be right. Give them a break. If it arrives broken its the manufacturer's fault not fluid free rides. The only way to fix this and solve the issue is for them to go over every single scooter 1 by 1 wich is just not possible with multiple warehouses. They would need so many hired hands to do this and in the end it wouldn't be worth it for them profit wise. Give them a break everyone chill out lol.

Dec 2023 I purchased 2 city riders and AJ was a big help in both sales and customer service. I had an issue w 1 of the 2 and it was quickly taken care of by customer service( replaced the scooter).
Already thinking of upgrading and would buy from Fluidfreerides again.

Came here to get a flat tire fixed and it took a whole week to get it back which is understandable since they only have one mechanic. When I went to go pick up the scooter I wasn't able to ride it there because i live an hour and a half away and had to pick up my girlfriend. When I finally did ride it the tire was flat!! I called the customer service line and they said I can take it back and they will fix it that day. When I get there I give it to the employee with the the man bun and glasses I asked him what time I could pick it up that day and he laughed in my face and said Idc what they told you your not getting your scooter back until a week it's first come first serve. You should have checked before you left. That was a pathetic answer from someone who is supposed to be helping customers and now it's my fault they didn't do their job right. So I asked him to speak to the manager and he didn't want to come out of the back he sent me the same guy to talk to me. So your manager is going to let unprofessional people deal with stuff like this they should have came out to deal with their rude employee and the complain not stay in the back. Shout out to the mechanic there though he came out from the back heard that it was an issue from last time and promised me he would have it done that day. When I came back to pick it up the guy with the man bun was mad that I was able to get it back that day even though he kept saying your not getting it for a week and then says and it's going to be free this time. Of course it should be you didn't do your job right the first time . So point is learn how to fix your own scooters because you don't want to go in a store with rude ass employees and a non helpful manager. The mechanic there showed more professionalism then both of those employees. I bought this scooter because they had a shop where I would be able to get the scooters fixed half off but I would never buy from fluid free ride again because of this I'd rather learn how to fix myself. Fluidfree ride this man bun employee and your "manager" are the face of your company there and they sure ain't making it look good get better workers or your gonna be paying employees that don't do nothing but sit around all day making your company look bad.
