We understand how sensitive shipping and delivery timelines are, which is why we do our best to iron out how and when items will ship and what to expect for delivery in our FAQ: https://floydhome.com/pages/faq#what-is-the-shipping-and-delivery-timeline Small items ship FedEx ground relatively fast, but larger items or several smaller items over 100lbs will ship freight. While these items may ship in a matter of days, freight-shipped items take 2-5 weeks in transit to accommodate the bulkier orders. You'll always see your final delivery time clearly posted at checkout before you buy. If by then the timeline doesn't match your needs, you can always make another decision. Thanks also for your feedback on assembly. We don't currently offer in-home assembly and also note this on our website, but it is something we are looking into for the future. We're thrilled you are happy with the aesthetic and quality and appreciate so much your thoughtful note on your delivery experience. We are always working to make it faster, which is hard when items are made to order, but we take all feedback seriously and really appreciate you taking the time to share it with us! In the event that your order arrives in less-than perfect condition, we always strive to make things right, including offering either a full replacement or the option of a full refund with return. We do understand that because this product and its replacements are made-to-order that lead times will not be overnight, but we are doing what we can to make sure your replacement arrives as quickly as possible and that your retrieval of your damaged piece is smooth. We do take your feedback and your satisfaction as well as our product very seriously, which is why we ensure your order with the option for a replacement or a full refund with return as a matter of our official policy. While we note that shipping timelines are estimates, we also understand that made-to-order products like ours do take longer than your average mass-produced furniture. As we note in our return policy, if there are any issues with your Sectional upon delivery, we will make it right, including up to a full replacement. We totally get that our pieces are an investment, and we only want you to have a Sectional that you are going to love and be proud to show off. As we note in our return policy, we want you to end up with the perfect piece, so if there are any issues with it upon delivery, we're happy to replace it for one that is absolutely perfect. It sounds like we were able to get you a replacement, but there might be an issue with the quality on the second one?
