This "business" charged $115 for a floral arrangement that was scheduled for delivery to a funeral home. Called the funeral home, no flowers. Called "Flowers By Nora", was told the flowers were delivered this morning. The funeral home called back an hour later (4 hours after the service had already ended) and said they found the flowers just sitting in the parking lot?! AND they weren't the flowers that were pictured in my order, much lower quality. Customer service sucks, very unprofessional and sketchy. Pretty sure it's the same people that run "Ruth's Roses" and other online platforms. All of the sites look exactly the same. Absolute trash.

This "business" is not a local florist. Look on Google maps. There is not Flowers by Nora in the greater Raleigh NC area. I paid $49 for an "on sale" bouquet for a sick family member. The website says free delivery. After I put in my credit card and ordered the flowers, I got a receipt for $59 flowers, plus a $18.99 special fee. When I complained, I was told the fee is clearly stated. The flowers were ok, but did not come from a local shop. I have no idea who put them together. I was overcharged by nearly $30. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

A friend ordered flowers for a memorial service. When the flowers didn't get delivered, she called. They claimed they tried to call and text her to confirm the location of the service. In reality, they did have the flowers she ordered and didn't call or notify her of the problem. So there were no flowers for the memorial service. They made a point to charge her credit card. Don't use them!

Florist lied that they had the flowers and could make the delivery knowing that morning they did not have the flowers. They took the order anyway preventing me from using another florist. By the time I was notified all other florists were closed for the weekend. You cannot trust them. Besides, the order conformation showed the order would have been filled incorrectly anyway. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told they were unavailable. This order was to comfort a family in the midst of a very sad tragedy. Use anyone else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this florist. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital. During the ordering process, their team insisted on having a specific hospital room number, which reasonably led me to believe the flowers would be delivered directly to the patient. What was not communicated is that they do not deliver to patient rooms at all, only to a front desk or nurses station. The florist initially claimed the flowers were delivered and taken to the room by staff. This was not true. The patient never received them and was eventually discharged. The flowers were left behind at the hospital and never reached the intended recipient. While they did issue a refund, they made no effort to correct the situation in a meaningful way. There was no attempt to retrieve the flowers, no attempt to deliver a replacement to the patient’s home, and no ownership of the misinformation provided during the ordering process. Once the refund was processed, they essentially washed their hands of the situation. I also received a generic apology email stating they would “share this with operations” and “strive to improve,” but no real accountability or customer care was shown. For something as sensitive as hospital flower delivery, clear communication and follow-through matter. This company failed on both. I would not recommend Flowers by Nora, especially for hospital or time-sensitive deliveries.

Very disappointed. I sent my employee flowers. They were NOTHING like what was ordered on the website. By far the worst flower arrangement I've ever seen.

Buyer beware!! I ordered an $80 arrangement and what was delivered looked like a $20 grocery bouquet. When I complained, “Geraldine” advised it was “close enough.” Their crappy product is surpassed only by their crappy customer service.

Not a local florist - completely misleading marketing. I ordered 2 days in advance of my mom's birthday and at 3pm she still didn't receive her flowers. When I called they said they should arrive by 8pm and don't guarantee deliveries. What is the point of sending someone flowers on their birthday when they arrive when their bday is basically over? Also charged $27 in random fees, etc. This place is a scam.
