I ordered flowers from Flowers by Nora for my wife's birthday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The issue was not that there was a supply problem—things happen. The issue was the complete lack of communication. I was never contacted by phone, text, or email to let me know there was a problem with my order. As far as I knew, everything was on track for delivery. Instead, I later received an email informing me that the order would not be fulfilled and that a refund had been issued due to supply issues. By that point, it was too late for me to make alternate arrangements for my wife's birthday. While I appreciate receiving a refund, a refund does not replace a missed birthday gift or the disappointment caused by finding out at the last minute that the order was never going to be delivered. If you are ordering flowers for an important occasion, I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the florist that your order can be fulfilled. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to rely on this company for time-sensitive events. Very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered two arrangements for an out of state funeral. I called to place the order to ensure it would be at the funeral on time. She assured me yes they would be delivered by 9-9:30 am. The service began at 10am. We received an email at 9:07 saying “due to supply issues they can’t deliver the arrangement”. I don’t believe they ever intended to…one was a large floral arrangement from my 91 year old mother as it was her sister’s funeral. Mine was a potted plant. They are not legit. This was horrible merely minutes before the funeral. I will be worried about the credit card numbers also now. I think the whole company appears to be a scam.

Is there anything worse than this 1 star? If so, that's what I want. We were just at my mother's funeral but no flowers came from us. There should have been a large one from us but Nora's didn't bring them. When I called they said they just didn't have the right flowers. They knew several days ago but didn't even tell me so I could order them somewhere else. Please tell everyone you know not to use nora's flowers in any form; she is a crook!!!

For a next day delivery for a viewing/funeral out of state order placed on line. Ordered Peaceful White Garden Premium delivered was a vase with 6 yellow roses and yellow carnations. None of the flowers depicted on line. Presentation inferior. What a waste of money. Family sent back picture of what was received.

Very unprofessional. Missed delivery date and did not advise. I had to call them and try to understand a lady with a thick accent. She told me that replacement flowers would be sent the next day, 3 days late. Then, I get an email that says they don't have them, take your money back. No offer of a substitute and no apology. PLEASE AVOID these thoughtless people.

I ordered a premium plant arrangement for my friend's father's funeral at a cost of over $115. Although I do not expect an exact match, the one plant she received nothing as pictured. When confronted, the only response was to refund $20. When I requested that the appropriate arrangement be sent, they stated that the order was already closed. I will never use their "service" again.

Flowers by Nora did an unbelievable job in delivering my arrangement to to her retirement home; Spring House Estates. Mom just turned 93 . The delivery driver was told she was on vacation and he could not leave them, not his fault. Flowers by Nora called me and told me what happened. Not only did flowers by Nora deliver the arrangement, they made a new arrangement because it was now a couple of days old. Mom called and said it was an absolute beautiful arrangement and she was so proud of it! Flowers by Nora treated us wonderfully well, the arrangement was beautiful and the delivery service was spot on!
