Hi, I placed an order for flowers to send to my wife as a nice thing! What an embarrassment really! The flowers are dirty, sick, dusty, full of small bugs and I paid 200 euros just to through them in garbage. I look like an idiot in front of my wife when I tried to do something nice. Seriously you should not be in this business! What were you thinking sending these flowers! I was shocked to say the least with the quality. For God’s sake flowers are a beautiful thing and what you sent is not short of anything but ugly surprise. I will never ever shop with you again and I will never ever recommend you to anyone! What a mess! Instead of doing something nice for my wife she is now standing in the kitchen trying to clean all the small bugs running left and right! Seriously if you don’t know how to deal with flowers you are better off closing your business!! What a shame !

I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered 30 May. They never arrived and any attempts to communicate with the company didn’t succeed. I have emailed and used the online chat asking for a refund but there’s no acknowledgment. Do not use them!

We made an order on the 20th of April and paid 60€ for it. It never arrived and the company is not giving us any answers. I have tried to email their customer experience team and they only say "we are checking the status of your order". It has been more than a month. The status of my order is: Never arrived.
