I paid 89.00 for a Dx of yellow roses and my friend received a bouquet of cheap flowers. Unacceptable. Called in and the costumer service was terrible. Will not recommend nor use this service again. Very sad.

We realize the importance of this order and are extremely sorry as the flower arrangement you ordered did not turn out the way it was displayed on our website. It would be of great help if you can send us a picture of the delivered arrangement at [email protected]. Kindly mention the order number in the subject line. Thank you for writing to us. We had received this order for an original delivery date to be the 5th November 2019, however as soon as this order was sent to the local delivery network all over Philippines we were informed that the recipient’s address is in a non delivery zone. We sent emails in this regard on the 4th, 5th and the 7th of November to check if you were okay with the order being picked up by the recipient from LBZ depot in LBZ Pozzorubia. While awaiting your response the outlet managed to get in touch with the recipient who accepted to pick up the order, this was picked by Dimna(recipient) on the 9th of Nov 2019. We are terribly sorry that this order could not reach the address as intended, the address being off delivery zone however this was picked up by the recipient as per her coordination on calls with the outlet, we have refunded the delivery charges of this order to you as well, delivery fees of $7.99 has been refunded and will reflect within 3-4 business days. Once again we are truly sorry that the address was of non-delivery area, we could not wait further for your response to our emails, as soon as the recipient agreed to pick up the order this was completed accordingly. Thank you for shopping with us.

We regret to inform you that the recipient’s address is a non-delivery zone & hence we are unable to fulfill your order. We did try several outlets; unfortunately they all declined the order. Since delivery was not possible we have canceled your order without a charge. We are extremely sorry as we could not help you this time with this order.
