Flora2000Reviews of flora2000.com

Order Number: 1623127 NOTHING FOR MY WIFE ON VALENTINE'S!! They sent me to fake email saying that the flowers were delivered. Also, I've tried to chat with their online live chat. And no luck. Also. I have tried to call them several times and no luck.

Always professional and great service. Never dissapointed.

Not even 1 star!! I ordered flowers for $82!!! Then later that day it said on the site that my order was cancelled. I asked them why, oh we don't deliver in that area. Why wasn't that on your site?? Instead of me placing an order to later find out you don't deliver to my area. Also.... No one bothered to contact me and tell me it was cancelled. I found out on my own after waiting all day for flowers to be delivered to my mom who just had surgery. Ok then... I was told I would be refunded in 3-5 days. On the 6th day still nothing. Then I'm told I wasn't charged. Well, BS! My bank sure shows that I was!! I'm out $82!

Flora2000 made it quick and easy to order flowers for my friend. I like how even though it is 6 days from Valentines Day. I still had time to order and could choose which day I wanted delievered. I was even able to update my order from the "chat with us" feature. Good Job Flora2000!

I made an order last January 29th, 2020, a Flores de Mayo (24 Red Roses) for my mother in the Philippines wherein it was scheduled to be delivered on January 31th, paid via credit card but it is already more than a week, my mother in my country still did not received my delivery from the FLORA2000. The review rating was good to read but now I am now thinking that this Floral2000 is a SCAM. Never try to order from this site because your money will only go into waste or to other’s pocket and just giving you hope for the false flower delivery to your love ones. Also, I made an account in their site prior for ordering and sending my choice bouquet of flowers, after processing all the payment done, the next time I tried to open my created accounts to tracked my order, suddenly I was blocked and even the online chat 24/7 is not working, surely I will give a hint that they only took my payment and blocked me and seems my order was never process. I even message them in their Facebook pages and raise my concern but they only view my messages and never reply. Good thing that I made some screen shots of my delivery order from this Flora2000. If you will not send my delivery order FORA2000 the address I attached on my order number, atleast return my money back. I can also make a contact to my bank to file a fraud and attached my ordered files in order to get my money back.

Delivered flowers on wrong day, ignored my requests for refund. Their refund policy is a scam. Trying to get refund for over a month now. I work abroad and give them 3-5 orders per year so strange the didn't want keep me as customer. I will never use again.

Pretty convinced this site is a scam! Ordered a special order for my sisters birthday and nothing has been delivered it was said to have been delivered in the 10th January... on her birthday as planned but NOTHING Order number: 1619587 No one is responding to my emails, messages or calls! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered and paid $100 but I didn’t receive any order confirmation. I’m freaking out cause none of the emails are valid and no one is picking up the phone. I typed the address in Japanese and I think the address translated to English and is incorrect but there’s no way to change it. No one is answering anything.
