I can't recommend Flora2000 highly enough! I'm in New Zealand, and my partner is in Germany with his Oma, who's extremely ill. I ordered Orchids in a ceramic pot to be delivered to Harburg Bavaria. They got there so quickly! Beautifully wrapped with a lovely card. I also got great communication from the staff working on my order. So many thanks! You brought a smile to our family member, and that means everything.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Shanghai for her birthday. She never got them. I have been messaging the company and they keep on giving me the run around. My card was charged. Horrible service!

We have canceled the order and issued you a full refund, this will reflect on the account within 7 business days. While we cannot make up for the lost moment, we have issued you a $10 discount on your next order with us, this will be valid upto one year from today. We are very sorry once again and rest assured this will not be a cause of complaint in the future.

I’m that guy who doesn’t drop reviews. Ordered some beautiful roses for my girlfriend in Shanghai in the early morning of 19th August 2024, and before 1 pm she sent me a picture of her holding the bouquet arranged beautifully and I can tell from her smiles what that meant. Thank you Flora2000
