Dear Orna, We have checked your orders and noticed that you have placed only 2 orders with us 1812035 and 1812003. While we will definitely have this checked in the back ground with the local outlet in question, at the same time we do not want you to wait for the resolution, we did reply on WhatsApp and Emails, kindly check your SPAM folder, maybe the emails have gone there. We have already issued you a full refund on both the orders and will ensure to also get back to you later with an explanation as to what may have gone wrong in the back ground for these orders. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and the recipient.

Please be rest assured that we shall revert to you soon, to set things right for this mishap.
