Great customer service

The samples did not have a sample of the different shades that are in the flooring so it doesn’t really give enough info to make a decision.

Inventory shortage this Summer & Fall is creating cost over runs when I have to chose an alternative item which is 48% more expensive. Always have great customer service & support: patient, friendly, knowledgeable and, will take care you if you have a special need.

They sell premium flooring and their customer service is fantastic, both before the purchase and years afterwards. I had the flooring installed five years ago and it has held up wonderfully. Even after moving my furniture around a couple of times it is still scratch free. I had reason to contact customer service recently and they responded within the day and kindly answered my question. When I next need flooring I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Great customer service from start to finish. We are also very pleased with the quality and appearance of our floors (Sutton wide plank style). They've been in our house for about 5 months and show no signs of wear from our busy little terriers (one of whom likes to play fetch and runs back and forth along the same route several times a day, lol). Easy to clean too, we have a horse farm and that's a real "must" for any flooring.
