We purchased Modin Flooret rigid vinyl flooring for our ENTIRE (including bathrooms/laundry room) 3800 sf house in 2019. They were great for about two years and then the master bathroom floor buckling began. We had the expert who installed the floors try to fix the issue. He worked for days and it could not be fixed. The buckling then spread across the bathroom floor. Within a few months the master bedroom had major buckling issues. The family room and kitchen also developed buckling. At this time (5.5 years later) the entire first floor needs to be replaced but I am afraid this will only happen again.

The shipping is awful for this product
The shipping is awful for this product. The truck dropped off 2000 lbs. of flooring at the end of my driveway. They said they were not contracted to leave it anywhere else. It was very difficult for me to move it to my house from where they dropped it. Then, some flooring was damaged because the packaging is flimsy. I exchanged a couple of messages with Flooret staff and then just gave up due to the time it was taking to send them documentation to get reimbursed for six pieces of flooring. Then, Flooret offers to find contractors to install the flooring. That service took 3 months and they never found anyone. Finally, I have installed the floor, and it has already been scratched. It does not live up to the hype. What a pain. I love the wide plank look but won't go with Flooret again. Staff was very friendly and tried to help. I just don't think theirs systems are up to par.

BUYER BEWARE - Flooret customer service is absolute GARBAGE. AVOID like the plague!
Ordered the Kingswood craftsman style LVP with the exception of the stair nose pieces, end pieces, quarter round, and transition pieces. That was terrible planning on our part. We figured when we were closer to completing the installation, we would place the order for all pieces we initially missed. The original order shipped as planned and the first attempt of delivery the carrier failed to provide a 30min to 1 hr window of delivery time as promised, so as soon as I received the message the delivery driver was at my house, I immediately left work to try and accommodate. Halfway through my drive home, I receive a call from the carrier that they are leaving for the next delivery. This cost me 3 hours of leave from work trying to accommodate a last-minute phone call from the carrier. Agreed to reschedule for the next available delivery. the representative from the carrier said she would personally ensure I receive a heads-up phone call for the next delivery with 30 mins of window time... Well, you guessed it! those f u c k e r s only gave me a 10 min heads up notification, when I was told i would be given a 30 mins delivery notification. Again, I left work immediately to accommodate. Luckily, the driver was understanding, and I was able to meet up with the carrier this time. 3 crates total. 2 of the crates, the bottoms were blown out and destroyed during transportation.
Several weeks have gone by and we are nearing the end of the installation. 4 Jan 2026 submitted order directly through Flooret for the remaining pieces. Some items on their website were great at telling you they were on back order; we specifically avoided ordering those and chose the options they had in stock. Expected delivery of this order was 9 Jan 2026. As you can expect... delivery never made it. Called Flooret, 12 Jan 2026 asking for an update and the representative told me those items were on back order BUT now the order has shipped. No tracking updates on 13, 14, 15 Jan 2026 occurred. Reached out 15 Jan 2026 and the representative gave me the same BS line of garbage that material was on back order but now has shipped. I cancelled the order 15 Jan 2026 and decided to order through Home Depot as their online system said they had them in-stock via online ordering. Placed the order through Home Depot, 15 Jan 2026, and expected delivery is 23 Jan 2026. As you imagined... no tracking updates on 20, 21, 22 Jan 2026. Reached out to Home Depot for an update 22 Jan 2026, representative said they had to call Flooret for an update as that material was not available via Home Depot and was available from the vendor... GUESS WHAT FLOORET REPRSENTATIVE told the Home Depot representative... Material was on backorder but now has shipped... THE SAME LINE OF BS THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME SINCE MY ORIGINAL ORDER PLACED ON 4 JAN 2026
Long story short, Home Depot assigned me a Home Depot Pro representative to assist with the case. I went back and forth weekly with the representative for updates. Home Depot had to place this order 5x with Flooret before I finally received something. Of course, each time we (Home Depot) placed a new order, we were told the material would be delivered to the store within 3-5 business days...Fast forward to 12 March 2026, and I have finally received the material to complete flooring install. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH FLOORET OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO DO SO. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

We replaced our old flooring with Dimalo
We replaced our old flooring with Flooret Floors, and the transformation is incredible. The floors look modern, seamless, and high-end throughout the entire home.
The quality is excellent, installation was smooth, and the service from start to finish was easy and professional. The color and texture completely elevated every room.
Highly recommend Flooret—impressed with both the product and the experience.

Flooring is garbage!
Ordered this product and had it professionally installed with a reputable company all little over a year ago. Since then the product has failed. A couple butt joints seperated. You can hear a crinkling sound when walking across the entire floor at certain times of the year. Emailed customer service and got the run around. Even sent pics and videos as they requested, and eventually communication just stopped. This was on a new build. Subfloor exceeded the standards in being level. All seams were sanded, floor was swept, vacuumed, and mopped before install. Flooring had well over 2 months to acclimate. The interlock system is garbage. Now I have to wait until the Flooring completely fails and I justify replacing the entire floor. My lifeproof home depot floor was better than this at half the price.

Beautiful Floors… That Put Holes in Every Pair of Socks 🧦
I spent over $10,000 total (materials + professional installation) on Flooret’s Lato Craftsman flooring in April 2025. It looks stunning — but within a few months of walking on it, my socks started developing holes. Not one or two pairs… every pair. The floor’s surface is unusually abrasive, destroying fabric during normal household use.
I reported the issue to Flooret with photos. Their customer support was courteous but focused only on visible defects. Because the boards look fine to the eye, they refused to acknowledge the underlying functional defect — that the finish itself is too rough for ordinary residential use.
Flooret offered 35 replacement boxes, but that doesn’t fix the core problem. I requested a refund under Washington’s Implied Warranty of Merchantability, which protects consumers when a product isn’t fit for its ordinary purpose. Flooring that shreds socks clearly isn’t.
To Flooret’s credit, communication was polite and professional. But their resolution policy misses the real-world experience of customers. A product can look perfect yet perform terribly.
If Flooret revises their warranty process to address functional performance — not just cosmetic inspection — they’d rebuild trust. Until then, I can’t recommend these floors to anyone who plans to actually walk on them.

Material great, customer service is not
While the material itself is great, the customer service once the product is delivered leaves lots to be desired. We ordered about 780 square feet and it was delivered on a semi by XPO. This is where the fun started. While the driver was attempting to unload our 2000lb pallet, it fell off of the lift gate onto the road in front of our house with the pallet jack leaning on the back of the stack. The pallet itself busted, the driver apologized, took a few pictures and left us with a busted pallet and lots of boards to move inside.
I called Flooret right then and asked what to do. They said let them know what was damaged and they’d replace what we needed to finish our project. I sent multiple pictures of the busted pallet, and the damaged freight stack. I told them there was no way I could open all the boxes and inspect for damage as I didn’t have the space. They said ok, you have two months. No problem.
As we prepared to start laying the floor and noticed that while most of the boards were useable, the edge that struck the ground was warped or broken on 1-2 boards per box. No sweat, we changed the layout of the floor so we could maximize those damaged as end boards and we continue with our project. As we were coming to the halfway point, I sent an email saying that we weren’t going to have enough and I’d give them a more exact number of replacements we’d need in a few days.
We went back and forth with the emails and now Flooret is stating that since the shipping company didn’t note the exact number of boxes damaged (spoiler alert, it was almost all of them), they’d have a hard time filing a claim. They also want pictures of the full, unused damaged boards before they’ll issue any kind of replacement.
We spent $4000, hours of time rearranging our floor layout and inspecting for damage. We need 3 boxes worth of replacement ($330) to adequately finish our project and it looks like that will not happen.
TLDR, product is good, company is not.
