Hi Seamas. First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to review us. We are so sorry to hear that you have been affected by some unfortunate supply chain delays that we are currently working through. While we have been working hard to remedy this situation, we understand that the solutions may not come in time to help in your case and we are deeply sorry for that. To prevent supply chain delays such as this in the future, we have altered our inventory ordering structure and schedule and are also introducing a new, US-based manufacturing site that will have very short product lead times (that spec will be released within a few months). Hi Jean Marie! Thanks for taking the time to review us. We apologize for double-sending your sample order. Unfortunately, we experience a small software error that caused some of our orders to get marked as unshipped when they had already been sent out. In order to make sure that everyone got their order as expected, we shipped everything again and a few people ended up with double samples.
