The shipping is awful for this product. The truck dropped off 2000 lbs. of flooring at the end of my driveway. They said they were not contracted to leave it anywhere else. It was very difficult for me to move it to my house from where they dropped it. Then, some flooring was damaged because the packaging is flimsy. I exchanged a couple of messages with Flooret staff and then just gave up due to the time it was taking to send them documentation to get reimbursed for six pieces of flooring. Then, Flooret offers to find contractors to install the flooring. That service took 3 months and they never found anyone. Finally, I have installed the floor, and it has already been scratched. It does not live up to the hype. What a pain. I love the wide plank look but won't go with Flooret again. Staff was very friendly and tried to help. I just don't think theirs systems are up to par.

The samples did not look visually pleasing. The colors and patterns had something to be desired. The grooves seemed the wrong angle to be cleaned easily. Most of the pieces really didn't fit and lay that well compared to the Cortex we ended up purchasing. Not to mention, we didn't have to purchase the samples. lb

We love the flooring and so does our installer. I ordered the same flooring for our entire house, but nearly half of what Flooret delivered was the wrong product. Which we didn’t discover until part of the way through installation. We made the tough decision to keep what was delivered and use it on a different level of the house, and luckily we had enough. The alternative was to wait weeks for replacement flooring and reschedule with our installer, which also meant weeks more in a motel. Flooret blamed me for not spotting the problem at delivery and only gave us a 10% refund. I wasn’t happy with their attitude nor their quality control, which they admitted they needed to improve. So buyer beware. Order early and check it right away. On the other hand Krista, who helped me later with my return of leftover flooring, was helpful, patient, and followed up quickly. She was the best part of the whole process!

The samples did not have a sample of the different shades that are in the flooring so it doesn’t really give enough info to make a decision.

I received my flooring with multiple planks broken. Our flooring was also delayed over 1.5 hours passed the 4 hour delivery window time. Although answers to questions were delayed from the company and we had to ask the same question a few times Customer service did make it right! Would order again

Update: Received order with several damaged planks. Company said they would send replacements. I really like the product separate from these issues. I will update once they have resolved the issue.
