We purchased approximately 4600 sq ft of porcelain tile in October of 2020. We negotiated with F&D to have the entire order shipped to LA to reduce the shipping costs involved with collecting product from all over the U.S. They completely dropped the ball on this and we ended up having to go "fishing" all over the country to collect our tile. Once we started installing the tile, we found out that we had been sold two entirely different batches of entirely different quality. "M" tiles were straight, flat, etc. "K" tiles had crowns, dipped corners, twists. The "K" tiles are so poor that they really can't be installed anywhere - and they make up approximately 2/3 of our order. When we complained and tried to get more "M" tiles, we were told that the product had been discontinued less than a month after we received them - nothing was said about this at all during the numerous conversations we had in trying to collect them. Now, if we want to return these horrible "K" tiles - we have to pay the shipping. They sold us an obviously inferior product mixed in with good quality product (at the same price/box), knowing they would be discontinued soon and then want us to pay to return them. Draw your own conclusions.

Purchased vinyl tile flooring online 7/6/21 with promise of store pick up within 5-10 days. Called 7/20 after no word. Lots of calls before being routed around the world apparently and never got to a person. Finally get through to a person on 7/21. Have now been routed around the world again. Currently at 45 minutes and still on hold. Order promised in 5-10 days is now not in port until 11/6. I understand problems in the supply chain but received no word and no alert to the change AND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED. I'm cancelling my order (if I can ever get off hold). Will never order from them again.

They are lucky it is mandatory to give them a star. So I order an item 4 days before I picked it up. When I arrived to retrieve my items at curbside pickup, they said my items was not there. So I had to come inside and find out another item to match what was in my house. Once I was about to purchase the new item, all of a sudden they found my original item that I purchased. So about to walk to my car and the staff just handed me a car with the item on there. They couldn’t even have the decency to put it inside of my vehicle. Understand things get misplaced but Myself and another customer had the same experience as I.

I went to floor and decor on 45s got 10 boxes of zena black 24x48,Aj came out of back with pallet jack loaded them up took them to back wrapped up pallet loaded it on my truck very professional and didn't have no problems with forklift loading on truck,when I go back for more tile I'm gonna get Aj to help me out

Nice store good seclection but store and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I started with counter tops in January and after 4 months found out they couldn’t get the materials and no one commicated with me. So I got my money back and went some where else. I went 2 weeks ago and ordered tile for my backsplash and was told it would be in in 2 weeks before it came in. I called this morning which is exactly2 weeks and was told it had not been shipped and there was no ship date. My last visit to that store will be to return the grout I purchased.

Placed an online order with the assurance that it could be returned if not satisfied. But they have no way to return the order by mail. I was told I need to carry it back to the store. We have no local store to return it to and the closest one is 90 miles away. I got this information by calling that store because the customer service line doesn't have a option for returning an order. WON'T USE AGAIN!

We bought LPV from F&D on Atlantic Blvd last month. The transaction and delivery went smoothly; the floor manager went above and beyond; helping narrow down our choices, arranging delivery, and even helping locate my phone that I left there. I definitely recommend purchasing from this store and will do so again.

Too bad you can't leave zero or minus stars! This place is dreadful. No one to help you. When you finally track down someone, they don't know anything. So you are left on your own. We finally decide on a flooring, gather the necessary molding, head to a cashier. Oh, which cashier is open??? People standing behind registers but their not open. Look for a sign that's lit. Oh, they're covered over with papers advertising their credit card. Go to register 1. Okay, let's assume that's the one closest to the door. I'm sorry, the floor you want is out of stock. It will be at least 3 or more weeks to get it. This place is a giant waste of time. No one knows anything, they care even less.
