Took 3 weeks & 5 visits to get the repair I originally asked for (I told them the exact problem before they sent out the first person). They kept sending the wrong guy or "forgetting" to put the right parts in the truck.

AC problem took multiple trips to diagnose and repair, including 3 visits on one day and 1 canceled appointment because the technician was running more than 2 hours late. AC is working now, but I'm unsure if it has really been fixed. Time will tell. Technician left my water hose running when he left (it was on for 2 days before we discovered it), and he left the light in the attic on. Customer service was also subpar and didn't schedule a follow-up appointment as they said they would. Result was that our AC was semi functional for 3 solid weeks...in summer...in Texas. I expected better.

The fan was supposed to be covered by the policy but after the repair person finished I was handed a bill for 300.00. When I called the agent at Fixd told me the damage to the fan ( a bird got stuck in it and burned it out) was an act of god so they weren’t covering it. I asked for a supervisor. They said a supervisor would call me back a week later No one has called me back!! I will not renew with this group!! The fan cost 50.00. It took 20 minutes to replace. I was charged 250.00 in labor ??

Fixed works great for cheap issues. I had an expansion valve on my ac go bad. The tech they sent out twice misdiagnosed it, released all the Freon to atmosphere and destroyed the compressor. Fixed then decided to deny the claim. Look elsewhere.

Would not recommend, I had this company on 5 rental houses. Did not renew one of those contracts.

Technician did absolutely nothing. I asked to have my a/c unit serviced, the only thing he said he did was took out a filter that shouldn't have been in there. I had complained of an issue with the unit tripping the breaker and he said to call an electrician. He provided no paperwork on what he actually did to the unit nor anything that said anything about the health check of the heating/cooling systems.
