I felt like Fixd went out of their way to NOT fix anything. I had three A/C inspections (that const me $50 per visit) and each time I was told that my A/C was "fine." Two days after my contract expired, I ended up having to replace my entire unit for the up stairs. The company that replaced the unit couldn't believe that a repairman would have overlooked all the issues in the system. When I contacted Fixd, I was told that a supervisor would call me back. I never heard back. It was worse than a waste of money. You pay Fixd hundreds of dollars so they can come to your house and charge you for the visit.

Good service, better than any other home warranty we have used before. Response time period could improve a bit, it seems like their technicians are too busy and they have to send third party techs.

Brandon Bohannon and his team have been great to work with. They have done an excellent job with scheduling as quickly as possible and having the work done by qualified professionals.

Initial communication was very good; later not too great until I called. Repairman was professional and did an excellent job in diagnosing and on the 2nd visit replacing the broken part, albeit after about 2 weeks. What was disappointing was the additional charge for the service call we incurred and Fixd would not change. When I signed up online for the service call, I chose a later time that was valued at $50. Fixd charged me $100. and when I talked with them, they informed me an additional $50. was mentioned on the website (in the small print). Apparently, I missed that addition or perhaps it did not exist on my page. In any case, they were unflappable about their policy. Too bad for me! So, while we were generally pleased with the repair, we dislike a capricious service charge. Jury is still out as to whether we'll stay with Fixd.
