Full of scam, Fiverr ignores customers and if you are lucky sellers are sending you spyware.

Not sure why this service is rated so low. (I've used Fiverr as both a buyer and a seller.) Positives: I have bought from a seller in the past and have had no issues. When it comes to all marketplace type websites, there's good and bad sellers though and that's kind of up to luck. HOWEVER, Fiverr doesn't let people review their order if they ended up not liking the end result, so star ratings can be skewed due to that. (Who wants to lose out on a refund just to give someone a bad rating?) I mainly use the site as a seller, and when it comes to selling things and the customers I've had, I've never had any issues, I get my work done on time, and never had someone unhappy! Negatives: I take off a star because when you're having issues with the site, the support staff needs improvement. Rating for customer service is a 1/5 from me. The customer having to pay a $1-$2 fee that supposively goes to customer service, doesn't make sense to me when they take 20% fee off everything you sell already but it's w/e. I had an issue with my response rate star rating, I talked to like 5 different staff members who had no clue what I was trying to explain. How Fiverr works is you're suppose to reply to all messages or it can go against your level. I responded to all my messages, but on that day a customer sent me a message in the message center, then ordered and sent me a new message on their order. I responded to the customer only in the order section, as I figured it was unnecessary to respond to them both via messages and the order, and thought responding in the order made more sense. Fiverr didn't understand how it was an issue that my response rate went down due to it, and they even thought it was fair that it counted against it! It more or less felt like they blamed me for being stupid and left off telling me to pay better attention, even though their website doesn't exactly explain that properly. :/

Fiverr just help client to create a scam from order that we provide 100% and delivereble! Your support center not provide clear anwser whay that happend even that we say that we send client delivereble order with all docs at the end of the DONE job from us!! Please review a case : 4057594 Other way we will against Fiverr that cost me a lot of TIME and MONEY now if we will not resolve and bringed back the money that we work for we will force to open lawsuite against Fiver company!!

Nice idea but time wasting and not efficient when you want to work in a professional way. When you create a gig it's not like baking a pizza which is delivered within 30 minutes. Every project is different and takes its individual effort.The other problem: there are a lot of unserious Digital marketing services which is built just for 20-30 dollar with high promises. This is absolutely unserious but will not be moderated.

I used this site before seeing all these awful reviews. However I must of somehow found a great seller (ms_chebanova) and the work she produced for me was wonderful. I had a great experience. I guess just make sure you look at reviews and the examples carefully. But there are great artists on this site and it was great for what I needed personally.

You know there was a time when i was using Fiverr frequently without any issues. But now, i am facing issues with almost every sellers and when i contact with support, they don't reply. So now i am shifting to zvmarket marketplace.

Be careful using Fiverr. Lots of fake sellers and Fiverr actually seem to protect them rather than the buyers. Had lots of bad experiences with some sellers and even my account was disabled because of a Seller even thought I am just a honest buyer. Fiverr are very dishonest and don't seem to know what they are doing as I have seen sellers barred and then next day back on there. Lots of fake profiles on there. NOT RECOMMENDED
