I have been a Fiverr client user for 6 years and completed hundreds of orders and had nothing but 5 star reviews from people I’ve bought from and had a TERRIBLE experience from a lazy seller on your platform who verbally harassed me and called me obscene words, and you guys banned my account for replying to YOUR seller saying I said hate speech,
Take account of your own sellers and you know what I’m looking for an alternative platform than you guys now

I am extremely disappointed with Fiverr…
I am extremely disappointed with Fiverr and the way they treat their sellers, especially when it comes to accessing their hard-earned money.
My Fiverr account was disabled on July 5, and I was informed that I would be able to withdraw my remaining funds in October after the required waiting period.
It is now October 8, and I still haven't received any withdrawal instructions or a proper response from their support team.
I have contacted Fiverr Support multiple times, explaining my situation and requesting an update, but my messages have been completely ignored.
This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Sellers dedicate their time, skills, and resources to completing projects, and they deserve clear communication and fair treatment regarding their earnings.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply requesting access to the money I legitimately earned and a clear explanation of why I haven't received any withdrawal instructions.

Wills Oluwaseun and the dispute team is terrible
The dispute team is the absolute worst. Hear me out: I selected a freelancer based on their rating, profile, and experience. I chose someone who states they had experience with Base44 Android and iOS applications. Turns out, 4 weeks after the due date, the freelancer ADMITS they took the job and "thought they could figure it out," "they are really sorry but can not complete the project." By this time, the freelancer had already marked the job as delivered, making it impossible for me to leave an honest review. I reached out to the dispute team, but their response was disappointing and dismal. No refund for the uncompleted project, while supporting the freelancer's false advertising and false skill level. I was strung along for weeks while being lied to about what had been completed. I am a small business from Canada, so I paid extra for this conversion rate. I am furious and will not be back. Wills Oluwaseun's profile is a fraud.

Terrible Workspace Reseller
I purchased a google workspace subscription for one year in September 2026 through Fiverr for their reseller price. I have never been so frustrated with a service.
I have been trying to more than a month now to work with their customer service to transfer my subscription back to google so that I can add users/upgrade things, which I couldn't do through Fiverr. Last week, they sent me instructions to follow that were clearly for the reseller to follow to transfer the subscription, not for me. It took them a few days to respond again, and now my subscription ran out.
Because I went through a reseller, I still can't buy directly through google.
This whole ordeal is legitimately setting my business back - I have two employees now who I can't create email addresses for and now I don't even have access to a ton of my paperwork and resources through drive.
It feels like they are being purposefully obtuse to force me to buy through them again.
