The support is inadequate!!!

Platform has plenty of scammers. Also, I encountered a few who were not doing the work themselves and instead outsourced it to someone else. As such time for work to be done was longer than expected and communicatoin was poor. While there is nothing wrong with outsourcing, outsourcing when you clearly can't effectively manage the the process leads to nightmares for customers. It is also difficult to get hold of customer service officers to help out.

I worked with a vocalist lately, good response, nice audio clip, but watch out if you are from another country of the pounds,dollars & euro because the price can get seriously go up.

Fiverr is an absolute s... show as a seller. There are so many bad gigs on Fiverr so I thought Id offer my professional expertise to help people with all things digital marketing. Turns out I was scammed by a buyer out of 8 hours worth of work. First Fiverr completed my order but cancelled it later said if the customer is not satisfied we will refund his money. Before this I had 10 buyers all 5* reviews, returning customers and never had a problem what so ever but this guy had just recently set up an account and it felt like he knew how to get a free gig out of the platform. If that wasn't bad enough he left an untruthful review on my wall where he stated I harassed him and called him 15-20 times...Fiverr refused to remove the untruthful 1* review from my wall so my reputation is ruined now. The customer service was not responding or with auto messages....seriously this platform is such a s... show for genuine sellers.

If you want to post your work and get paid this is the best website for you. easy to used and also get more clients. I will recommend this website to my friends.

Absolute worst nightmare this site. As buyer of services I came several times on this garbage. I got hacked by sellers, scammed several times and once I got a mediocre result. Beware.

Utilizzato diverse volte e la qualità dei freelancer è instabile. Tutto sommato non credo sia la piattaforma ideale per velocizzare il proprio lavoro e ottenere qualità. Utile se vuoi risparmiare secondo me.

One of the worst experiences i ever had. Not professional sellers, time wasting. Fiverr almso all the time protect the seller, not the buyer! Very annoying! As long as the seller sends "something", basically you can't get your money back! STAY AWAY!
