Took my money and then disabled my account. No indication given as to why the account was disabled.

I have worked with many freelancers now and i have been always disappointed. Just one of them allways delivers good work. I feel like your wasting money mostly based on my experience.

Portale dove si possono trovare professionisti per qualsiasi tipo di lavoro. Sarebbe da 4 stelle, ma purtroppo do 1 per la sfacciataggine del sito, che alla fine di ogni ordine acquistato, nonostante si abbia già pagato il lavoro più una "tassa per il sito", impone all'utente di versare una mancia al professionista (per evitarla si deve chiudere la pagina del browser, non c'è un tasto per dire "no grazie"), alla quale mancia aggiunge una ulteriore "tassa per il sito". Cioè Fiverr si prende 2 commissioni: una quando si paga l'ordine acquistato, e una seconda quando si da la mancia. Furbi.

Might be some of my worst professional experiences. Never seen customer support so unprofessional and careless, definitely won't come back. Can recommend Upwork over these guys!

Full of FAKE reviews, CRAP support service. STEALING 20-25% of Sellers earnings Highly recommend Upwork or Freelance, much better than this DEFECATION!

Low quality work..

Not sure what it’s about but psychics and spell casters are all scam. Strictly money making.

Fiverr is a really good and perspective platform! But they have extremally low quality support for buyers!!! I placed more than 500 orders over last 2 years. But 80% of my tickets to support were not solved, in most case they even did not try to solve them. The guys from support hate their job! They send you far away with standard formal replies like robots. And this is absolutely deadlock situation, as you can't get any other reply instead like-a-robot. They do not want to fix glitches on their end, do not want on develop new useful functions (simple for implementation) and etc. So, I think that the owner of Fiverr can just replace the support team with automatic replies. The quality will remain bad, but he can save on salary. (IMHO)
