Fiverr blamed me in providing s*xual services I really do love to create video content, and I was so excited to use Fiverr for this service. It was a shock when my account was disabled. Fiverr doesn't properly check accounts before blocking them. There are individuals who engage in fraudulent activities on the platform, yet their accounts remain unaffected. I have never done anything wrong on Fiverr, yet my account was blocked without any valid reason. After sending numerous requests for clarification, I was informed that my account was blocked due to alleged s*xual and n&dity content. How can there be s*xual content in hair and makeup products or videos in a spa where people are covered? Is the creation of luxury spa services content considered n*dity or s*xual? Furthermore, why wasn't I given any prior warnings? Why does Fiverr block accounts without conducting a proper investigation, while spammers thrive on the platform? This is what they sent to me. Explicit content meant to be s&xually gratifying is not allowed on Fiverr. Providing, offering or asking for deliveries portraying violent, graphic, or humiliating fetishes is also not allowed. I've worked so hard for my account, and I lost it just because they couldn't properly check the account before deleting it. And one more thing, I'm really curious why accounts where girls in bikini sell their photos are not blocked if you blocked mine, the account which is not similar to these accounts at all? PS. How you want me to submit my ticket if you keep blocking me every where? Where is the explanation? Where is investigation? I can't even create a new account as you keep blocking these as well!!!!!

I was a fast growing, high rated seller on Fiverr. Without any warning they terminated my seller account, stating I violated their TOS. However I showed them proof that I didn’t violate the TOS as stated, since I brought the customer to Fiverr from my social media account. They keep ignoring me or giving me the same generic robotic response. Fivers practices continue to trend towards treating sellers, who all their revenue comes from horribly. I don’t see how they will possibly stay in business at this rate.

Fiverr is a scam company that provides no security to its customers. I believe I have been one of the biggest victims of this. Firstly, I was scammed by a seller who never delivered the item I requested, yet the payment of $1000 was automatically accepted for Order Number FO61EAC42CF04. A few days later, I received a bulk of messages in my Fiverr inbox from five different sellers (scammers) pretending to be from Fiverr. They sent links and asked for my credit/debit card details. Now, knowing that this website is not trustworthy, I reached out to their support staff. Unfortunately, their response was simply an apology. The link and QR code I received were directly linked to the Fiverr website, which opened up my Fiverr account. Despite this, Fiverr takes no responsibility for any scams that happen. Please do not trust this website, as it offers no protection for its users. Stay away and save yourself the trouble!

Fiverr disabled my account without cause and blocked withdrawals despite promising access after three months. This has caused severe financial hardship. Please investigate.

This website is a haven for scammers. A project was due yesterday. Today received a status update marked as "delivered," though the designer asked for an extension, but gave no actual delivery date. If I terminate the project, there is no option to rate a designer who fails to deliver, no opportunity to warn other potential clients.

Disgusting scamming and outright terrible company with awful support staff that won't resolve your issue, and instead ban your account, witholding your funds, with no way to log in or appeal. I signed up to an account with a referral link to take advantage of a promotional deal but Fiverr banned the account whilst I had an active order in progress. Instead of a refund they send an email issuing a "credit invoice" which you have to log in to use, but if they ban your account - you CAN'T login and have no way to access your funds or get a refund. I have contacted support on multiple occasions, my emails are actively ignored. This isn't a small amount either, my order totalled roughly £700. Additionally, an associate of mine signed up and had an order of £200, which was a scam order, the seller had a fake portfolio, delivered subpar work and Fiverr's automatic closing of the gig meant that the scammer was paid, and my colleague lost out. Her account was also banned - as it was referred by myself. Which is a complete and utter joke! Fiverr only exists to make profit and their Trust Pilot reviews are reflective of that.

Incompetent, sporadic and terrible company. Avoid. The developer I used and I had already paid for Milestone 3 gave up on my project. I started looking for a new developer and Fiverr blocked my account. I did not violate any of its T&Cs, I was simply looking for a replacement of the service. Since then I am trying to ask them to read the messages I sent to contractors, confirm that I acted in line with the T&Cs and reactivate my account. No response from them. They still owe me the money that they hold for Milestone 3!!
