Horrible!! My first order was made incorrectly. They sent me a new one. On the back is a white film and if you can remove it it removes the picture! 100% completely unsatisfied! Will never order from this company again

Hi Patrica. I think there was an misunderstanding here. The item was produced 100% as you ordered and as we advertised. This is one side printing ornament and after we printed the design on it, the back needs to be covered a white base to protect the design. You wanted to remove the base but it's impossible, if you remove that base, that mean you are removing all the design. You sent us a picture of the item you received and we double checked the item before shipping out also. We can use our reputation to prove that there is no problem with the finished product. We also responded to your email yesterday and provide all information and pictures as required. Thank you for your understanding in this matter! If you have any question, please feel free to contact us or reply to us!
