I ordered two personalized tumblers, one for me and one for my daughter. Different names, different birth months, different adornments…I wish I had screen shot my order before placing it because they sent me two of the same tumblers and say that’s what the order was. It is really nice but I won’t be placing another order because they won’t correct this mistake…very disappointed as this was a birthday gift 😟

POOR, POOR customer service. I ordered a $95 blanket several weeks ago on Dec 1, and have not rec'd any emails as to shipping info. I have emailed the company 3 times with NO RESPONSE. The business does not accept any phone calls. The item is a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law and I have no idea what it looks like or when it will arrive.

My daughter ordered a blanket for me and a pillow case for her inlaws. The pillow case came but not the quilt. We tried to call, email and text with no response. She wax charged for both items and never got the quilt. Update 12/23/22 We have sent emails, text messages and made phone calls. No word on the quilt. My daughter will be disputing the charge on her credit card. Very disappointing as this was a gift I asked for and it has been stressful and I won't get it.

I ordered this set on 11/4/22. This makes the fifth set I have ordered but no product to date. I ordered a set after this & have received it so I’m assuming it’s lost somewhere along the way. That being said this is a Christmas gift that I really need. So I need to know when it’s going to be shipped. My order number is FWP56491. Name is sherry Johnston

Shipping is messed up and they aren't listening to me. I ordered on 12/10 and it didn't ship out until I asked why it wasn't shipped which was 12/28. Then within about a week it went from NY to Orlando to my small hometown post office and then back out to Tampa and back to NY where it has sat for over 2 weeks. The USPS quit sending me updates so obviously it's not shipping anymore but when I ask for help from Fitwearpro they just send me the link to look at the shipping. I've asked them to look at the link themselves so they can see they need to cancel my order and send another one. It's now been a month and no order received....What do I do? Wait another month?

I wanted to order an ornament and the item page and their shipping info page shows $4.99 shipping. When I get to the payment process, I have a shipping charge of $6.99. I really want this ornament and I know $2.00 is not a lot of money so I thought I would contact the seller but after reading their responses on the bad reviews I was afraid it would be to no avail. This is a big red flag for me so I decided not to order. Edited: Within minutes of leaving their website, I got a text with a 5% off code. If they make it 10% I'll probably order - that would cover the $2.00 upcharge on shipping. Edited the next day: I received a 10% discount code that does not work. I have now contacted the company for help on the shipping charge and discount code. If I am successful I will be glad to change my 2 star rating to something better. Final edit: I will not be ordering. I did receive a reply to my concern about the shipping cost. "Due to the peak season the shipping fees increases but our system still does not update." So beware when you check out your shipping fees will be more than stated on the site. They did give me another discount code but I have decided not to order. Too many red flags.

Ordered 4 ornaments (2 sets of 2) on Dec. 4 ... according to their website it would ship in 7-10 days and shipping was 5-10 days. So should arrive before Christmas. I did not receive it by Christmas and contacted them (they said due to shipping issues, which I know it was a crazy time, it was delayed). I bought other small presents for these 4 people and told them the rest would be here soon. I did not receive my order until Jan. 7 and I only received 2 of the 4 ornaments!!! So I contacted them again and finally received my other 2 ornaments Jan. 22. The ornaments were beautiful and great quality, but the rest of my experience was dreadful. And never once did they offer a partial refund or anything for all the trouble. Poor Customer Service In my Opinion
