Shipping is messed up and they aren't listening to me. I ordered on 12/10 and it didn't ship out until I asked why it wasn't shipped which was 12/28. Then within about a week it went from NY to Orlando to my small hometown post office and then back out to Tampa and back to NY where it has sat for over 2 weeks. The USPS quit sending me updates so obviously it's not shipping anymore but when I ask for help from Fitwearpro they just send me the link to look at the shipping. I've asked them to look at the link themselves so they can see they need to cancel my order and send another one. It's now been a month and no order received....What do I do? Wait another month?

The quilt itself was great, quality was excellent. The only problem I had was delivery. Wanted for Christmas gift and didn’t receive till after Christmas. So allow extra time if ordering for gifts. Sent email got no response, then left a comment on Facebook and got a response right away and received quilt in the following week. Covid could be the issue. No help and slow shipping, so give everyone a fair chance. Thanks

I was very happy with the personalized camping blanket I ordered. It did arrive a bit later than Christmas but I believe it had everything to do with the postal service and not with the company. It looked just as I expected and it was the right size and I know my nephew and niece will love it for their camping trips. When I contacted customer service about the delay they were able to help me track my order. I had a great experience with this company. Would order again.

I ordered two personalized items made. One was a picture and the other was a flag. They returned out beautiful. One item took longer than the other and I got nervous it wasn't going to arrive before Christmas. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours to assure me it was on it's way. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wanted to order an ornament and the item page and their shipping info page shows $4.99 shipping. When I get to the payment process, I have a shipping charge of $6.99. I really want this ornament and I know $2.00 is not a lot of money so I thought I would contact the seller but after reading their responses on the bad reviews I was afraid it would be to no avail. This is a big red flag for me so I decided not to order. Edited: Within minutes of leaving their website, I got a text with a 5% off code. If they make it 10% I'll probably order - that would cover the $2.00 upcharge on shipping. Edited the next day: I received a 10% discount code that does not work. I have now contacted the company for help on the shipping charge and discount code. If I am successful I will be glad to change my 2 star rating to something better. Final edit: I will not be ordering. I did receive a reply to my concern about the shipping cost. "Due to the peak season the shipping fees increases but our system still does not update." So beware when you check out your shipping fees will be more than stated on the site. They did give me another discount code but I have decided not to order. Too many red flags.

I ordered one of the custom camping ornaments and my GOODNESS I just received my ornament and it is absolutely beautiful (the resolution is less than I thought it would be but that may be due to the Matte Finish) BUT I had made a request in regards to the trailer model, The camper I have is a Viking and the stock image is a Rayco. A silly little issue but I thought why not ask if they can change it... and honestly did not think that it would be possible and WOW am I surprised, impressed and oh so happy. There on the side of my little trailer is the VIKING name. Thank you Thank you Thank you! I can not WAIT to show my family.
