This company is in China. They have disguised their site to look like it is in the USA. I just checked my tracking number and my order shows in China. Beware. I placed an order 6 days ago and have not heard a word from them about my order. I did not receive confirmation that they received my order and so far they have not responded to my e-mail requesting information on my order. I see other reviews that say they did not receive order confirmation either. I am nervous about my order now and don’t know whether it was received or not.

This was a fantastic experience. My 1st package came with a cut on it. It was replace. My personalized bedding is perfect.

I ordered two tumblers as gifts for my parents. First, they turned out absolutely amazing and so realistic. They absolutely loved them! Second, I want to give a big shoutout to Fitwearpro's customer service. One of the two tumblers on my original order was badly dented in transit. Customer service responded quickly when I notified them and sent out another tumbler with no difficulty. The original order and replacement for the damaged one did take a bit to arrive, but considering they are custom made it was a reasonable time frame. I am very happy with this purchase!

I was very pleased with both items when I received them - my husband loved them. I was also very pleased with Fitwearpro's customer service. I would definitely order from them again.
