I ordered this set on 11/4/22. This makes the fifth set I have ordered but no product to date. I ordered a set after this & have received it so I’m assuming it’s lost somewhere along the way. Extremely frustrated!!! Ordered a blanket on November 7th that is supposed to be a gift this Saturday. November 28th they claimed my order was lost during shipment and would rush a new one out. December 5th no emails, no package.

I placed an order on 25th November and as yet I haven't received the item. Also I have sent a previous email with no response. Checked my emails and junk mail nothing. This was for a very dear friend who recent loss her dad. I just want confirmation when to be expecting the item.

I thought it would be cheap looking. Not at all!! The piece i got was beautiful 😍. I am very happy with my purchase, and will definitely buy again!! Also, customer service was fast responding and very nice!!!😊

ORDER #: FWP57923 I have been trying to contact someone from the company to get an status on my simple order that was placed on Nov 13th. I have not received an update on anything for the past 3 weeks and I am soon wanting to cancel my order. Its getting ridiculous.

I am getting frustrated over an order I placed Nov 20th. I have not yet received any details on my shipment other than receiving a confirmation of my order but no shipping date other than it has been in transit since Nov. 25th. I have not had anyone personally from the company respond to my inquiries.
