Ordered 2 ex large hearts for my stepmom whom we lost on 11-6-21. It will go to my Dad for Christmas and I got the second one of my Mom and I’ll be keeping that one. Both are so beautiful and excellent looking with everything the preview was.

I placed order number FWP61346 on December 1 and I live ten minutes from Woodridge Illinois, where it looks like where they are. They give the illusion of being in Woodridge but the “customer service” number is in Jersey and nobody even answers. This is probably a dishonest smokescreen for getting some cheap Chinese crap that takes forever! I would just like a complete refund right now! You might get your product but it will be way, way more than 7-10 days because it is not coming from Woodridge IL or anywhere else in the USA. I will post another update if I ever actually get this item and show you that you are buying cheap Chinese garbage from a very dishonest company who is trying to make you think otherwise. I think that we should all stop buying from these dishonest Chinese companies and pay a little bit more to BUY AMERICAN made products.

I ordered a set of the camping bedding duvet and pillow cases. Both pillow cases have arrived and say camping king where one should say camping queen. I have emailed several times sent the information the have asked for but since this i have had to response. Very disappointed after finding a product i was so excited to have.

Ordered an acrylic personalised Christmas heart shaped ornament. Was disappointed when it arrived as it looked opaque not nice n clear. Silly me, it had a protective film on it which the seller very quickly pointed out when I mentioned my disappointment. Once removed I was so pleased with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Qualität unterste Schublade, man kann die Namen nicht lesen, da verschwommen. Für einen Weihnachtsbaum-Anhänger 25€ bezahlt und dann nochmal 7€ Zoll... Furchtbar. Kann ich definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen. Bin auf den Kundenservice gespannt.
