My parts were shipped in a timely manner and more importantly were the correct parts.

Unfortunately they did not have the cable I was looking for because it had been discontinued by the manufacturer, but they did offer a solution to my problem by pointing me to a company where I could have the discontinued cable custom made.

I needed a part for my Nordic track, stationary bike that I was having a hard time finding. I contacted fitnessparts warehouse. They found it right away. Chris was so helpful. He sent me a picture of the part to make sure was the right part. It was. I ordered it on the phone with him. I got the part in three days and fit perfectly on my Nordic track stationary bike. I highly recommend fitness parts wsrehouse and will not hesitate to order from them again. Great company!

I ordered a replacement part, it came in, but took 10 business days, I feel in 2023 that this is to long to wait for an item
