Easy to order parts and received correct items. Items were back ordered and took a long time to receive. Communication was terrible (not notified of statuses, shipping info, partial shipments, etc.) Had to keep following up versus receiving proactive messaging. All-in-all got the job done, just took awhile and felt like I was being left in the dark.

20 days to ship after the internet order. Then I get this survey before the parts are even shipped. Then I get an e-mail saying the partial order will be here in another 4 days. Clearly unimpressed with the communications and the speed of processing the order. UPDATE They were very quick to apologize for the delays in the order and makes me hope my situation was just a 'one-off' happening. Thanks to the team for responding.

I didn't receive what I ordered.

Poor communication concerning my order. Took my money before order was shipped. After repeated tries at communicating, over several days, finally got someone who stated my order might be shipped on the following Friday or Monday. Turns out it was shipped on the following Friday. My order came in good condition, and was the correct part. Otherwise one star.

Took over a week to have the item picked off the shelf to ship. Once it shipped, it was timely.

Poor communication and very long ship time.

Ordered the part on Jan. 13th and received it on Feb. 1st.

Finally received package, took a while but got the right part.
