After some Google research, it led me to Fitness Parts Warehouse. The part price was reasonable compared to others, and the added plus: Fitness is located next county over from where I reside. (Go green!) Being that close, I chose a distributor closer to me with the hope of saving time and energy so I could install the part sooner. Nope. Fitness 'tracking' (a plus) indicated the straw sized part was flown down by airplane from Pennsylvania to Washington DC (some 70 miles away)! And then transported back to me via warehouses in between over the next couple of days! Not the fault of Fitness; it's the supply chain. What a waste. I would have been better off just driving the 20 miles to get the part myself! But all is good and I'm grateful the part didn't need a passport. ;-)

Needed end caps for the legs of my proform bike and this was the only place I could get parts for my. Bike. Amazon didn't have them at all. It took awhile for me to get an email on when they were shipped. I agree better communication could be made regarding how long it will take to receive such product(s). Overall, I'm happy with this company.

had the part and delivered the part in a timely fashion. customer facing support for order updates seemed to be practically non existent.

I'm still waiting on backordered parts to be shipped, so it's too soon to intelligently rate this company. Coimmunication and customer service attitude has been great so far!

What I liked most was the quick response to customer service on the correct parts for my Norditrac Elliptical. Other places threw the wrong part numbers and it wasted time for me getting my machine up and running. Now shipping charges high for the weight of the shipment and it was sent in two parts, but still in the end a great experience. Will purchase from again.

The fact Fitness Parts Warehouse even had the part for my favorite old strider/elliptical was a surprise.

Received treadmill parts as ordered, however I was never given status of my order - when they would ship or when I would receive them. Called several times (never an answer, always a vm)

The parts I received were a perfect fit for my Nordic track bike. Shipping was very expensive, however. 10x the cost of the parts. Shipping time was not even fast at that cost.
