Return policy is lousy. Part cost 17.00 plus. restocking fee is 20%. USPS charged 8.30 to mail part back. Should have just throwed the cord away.

We understand your frustration on this and hope you have a better experience with us in the future.

We matched the part number on your site and when the product was delivered it was the wrong size. I emailed customer service to get approval to return and I got an out of office reply. I simply want to return and get the correct size of walking belt.

Sold a part that they didn’t have in stock and didn’t notify me. I had to reach out to them before I found out the part was on back order.

We greatly apologize for that inconvenience. If you need anything in the future call in reference to your original order I will put a note for a discount on a future order

I was shipped the wrong part, based on my initial search using the iFit NTL number. Initially, I complained that there wasn't a picture attached to compare to what part I had. In the end, the correct part was out of stock, and I had to return the incorrect part. I found the correct part on Amazon for $100 less, and it was shipped the same day. Lesson learned? It's better to go with Amazon, as returns are easier when a mistake is made, and you don't have to pay to return it or incur a restock fee.

From your email with your model number we sent the below responce. Please make sure to use your full model number including the version number after the decimal. We found an order for a controller part number 391855. The model number NTL17122.18 uses controller part number 406697 (Updated to 1000438). I placed my order on 7/19/2025, I only received a partial shipment. I have sent several emails to customer service asking information when I will receive the rest of my order and as of today I have not received such information.

Ordered part for my elliptical using their part finder and my model number. Part arrived about a month later. Didn’t fit. They sent me the part number via email of the part they said would fit this time. Had to pay to send back wrong part and then they didn’t refund full amount either(restocking fee). The second part arrived in about 2 weeks. They did respond to the first couple of emails I sent in about 24 hours. The second part did fit but I am pretty sure I entered the model right the first time. There is no discripion of part other than a picture and the descrepracy of the part that didn’t fit was mounting hole that was 1/8 too big
