I was very leery about ordering workout equipment on line after a trying experience. However every minute from the phone call to Israel and delivery and set up in my home was easy, and beyond my expectations!

Wonderful experience. Israel was very helpful and answered all my questions. Excellent machine. Quick delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent assistance with all of my questions regarding the recumbent exercise machine. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Well organized and offered flexible plan. Easy to talk to and never "a pushy salesman." Israel knows the product, believes in it and gives the consumer confidence. Hope the delivery and white gloves assistance, and the working of the machine itself, will be equally satisfying. Thank you, Kathryn Madden

Excellence in all aspects, understanding, communication, problem solving, efficiency and all done professionally. Resulting in a great comfort level for me and five earned stars for them.

I love my new Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper! It does not hurt my two artificial knees like the spinning bike and regular bike did and it doesn't hurt my back like regular elliipticals do. It is easy to use and program and it uploads results of workouts to the app so that I can get credit for them from my life insurance company. However, there was more assembly to do than I was led to believe there was. Thank God my husband is mechaniclly inclined.

Israel knew all about the equipment. I got a spirit for half the price of a nu-step. Which was appreciated with my low income. I got equipment with in the two to three week time line. Vance who put equipment together did a good job and said we could call anytime with questions that he always answers phone. I would recommend FEB to others and have already told Physical Therapy about FEB. thanks

Overall the experience was good, and was treated well. Israel is very professional and does not pressure sell. I love the equipment, and they delivered it super fast. There are two things they could improve: 1) They should not have photos of used exercise equipment on their website that is not available when you call to ask about it, "But this way more expensive new model we sell IS available!" 2) The extended "White Glove" installation and setup service is not White Glove. The Installer left all of the cardboard boxes, styrofoam pieces, packaging debris, and a large wooden shipping pallet for my little wife to remove from our garage. I am physically handicapped. She was left to clean up the mess. Ouch!

We are very happy with the quick delivery of our Spirit encumbet machine and would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much!
