purchased four Life Fitness Life Cycles on 4/4/2014. Received on 5/20/2014. Two were damaged and one is missing a battery. Notified them right away, sent pictures, filled out everything that was required. It is 6/22/2014 after leaving emails, text messages nothing has been resolved. Would be nice to get a call back or an email.
Would not recommend using them.
It is now 7/27/2014. The two damaged Life Cycles which had console damaged have still not been fixed.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF
Wish I would have read reviews before buying from here. Purchased a treadmill in 2012. Immediately had problems with the belt. Called and got the run around for 6 months until the full factory warranty was up. Front roller broke. Belt tore. When I tried to claim my new belt (after purchasing new roller & had originally purchased 'lifetime belt replacement warranty') I got more run around and delay. Did everything they asked, sent pictures, etc. Filed BBB complaint, comapany would not respond.
Bottom line, I'm out $1200. Piece of garbage treadmill from a scam company. DO YOUR HOMEWORK and google the reviews (not ones on the website as they leave all negative ones off).

Great customer service !! Patient and attentive staff.
I had a few questions about the shipment of my equipment and the agent Jarryd did not get off the phone with me until we tracked it. He even called UPS directly for me. It put me at ease and I received my equipment in a timely manner. I highly recommend them !!

Excellent customer service and equipment!
I recently had back surgery and my physical therapist recommended I purchase a recumbent bike to aid in my recovery at home. FitnessBlowout offers extremely competitive pricing and some of the best customer service I've ever received. I received my equipment several days before my expected delivery time. My equipment was missing a user manual so I called and spoke with their rep Amanda and she was courteous and assisted me with all my questions in a very prompt manner. I would absolutely recommend fitnessblowout to all my friends and family.

Do not buy from them - horrible customer service and misrepresentations
I purchased 15 pieces of equipment from fitnessblow out a few years back to establish a nice home gym, spending well over $10K. Everything was great until I needed warranty work, which took over 4 months to complete on one machine and was never resolved on the other. I was told the electronic parts were not covered so they talked me into buying an additional lifetime labor warranty because then I would get a discount on the parts. I was told that all of the parts on my machine were covered except the electrical parts. The axel broke on my elliptical machine and even though this was not an electrical part, I was told it was not covered. When the technician came out to tell me the axle was broke (which I already knew), he charged me $103 for a trip charge then said he was a third party and I would have to go to fitnessblowout to order the part. He didn't give me a part number or anything so then fitness blowout said they could not help me. They said I would need to disassmble the machine myself to take a picture of the broken part because they do not have access to the information from the third party THEY hired to do the warranty work. Again, wanting to charge me for the part even though it's not electrical. Then I would have to put the part on myself or pay another trip fee of $103. So much for free labor and nonelectrical parts. I have spent so much time and money trying to get the warrantly work done that I could have purchased another machine and that is likely what I will end up doing because they have indicated they don't know if they can get the part since it's an older machine (although they just sold me the labor warranty in March this year). Very shady to sell a customer a warrantly on a machine that they don't even make parts for anymore. I asked for a refund on the warranty that I recently paid for in March of this year since they can't help me and there are various hidden charges and they said warranties are non refundable. Additionally, throughout the whole process my emails were repeatidly ignored and I had to keep sending follow up emails. The representative intially sent an email on March 18 indicating he would get back to me the next day - I did not get a reply until April 29 after having to send various other emails. It Had to send an email to Jim Rosen himself to even get someone to answer my origninal email and follow ups. It is now May 19th and my equipment is still not fixed. Just go elsewhere where you can easily get your warrantly work resolved and not pay for things that are supposidly covered. Did not appreciate the misrepresentation.

Fitness Blowout - Lie's execuses one after another.
I placed an order with Fitness Blowout on 02 Jan 2014; on Feb 18 UPS called to inform me that they had the life fitness elliptical at their warehouse in Dothan Alabama, but that it was broken, so I had it sent back. It took Fitness blowout until 3 March to return the damaged equipment, it just sat there in the UPS warehouse for 15 days. So 2 months have gone by, and Fitness guaranteed delivery in 35 business days. I just got tired of waiting, so I called to cancelled my order, but 2 weeks goes by and UPS calls again " another elliptical is here at our warehouse ready for delivery that was on 1 April so I refused delivery and asked UPS to hold it until I made contact with my bank visa Dept. and to contact Fitness blowout to cancel the order once again, this time asking for an email conformation. You better make sure to document every conversation and save every email you get because FB will say that you will have to pay for shipping both ways and pay a 20 percent restocking fee. They even stated that they always win their case with your credit card company and that I'd loose. Fitness Blowout, Steve Barzilai Vice president of sales, called the day after on 8 April 2014 and talked me into receiving the shipment only to find out that it was another broken elliptical. Called Alvin and sent pictures of the damage in which he said he'd put them on order. Now it is 28 April and they just put the parts on order; just one more lie/excuse. Four months have gone by and I have a broken life fitness elliptical, that I paid $2600.00 for, sitting in my garage. I just got off the phone with FB to cancel this order and have them come pick this junk up. I'm tired of the excuses and lies. I've talked to Fitness Blowout over the phone about 5 times and each time they've told me that the last customer service person I've talked to no longer worked there; this happened on 3 different occasions an makes one suspicious. This time it was he was sick and that's why your parts weren't ordered??????

Negative-One " Star" - EXTREMELY DECEITFUL COMPANY - SCAM!
Ordered a brand new Reebok Crosswalk RT 5 Series treadmill and Lifetime Warranty from Fitnessblowout.com for their ADVERTISED internet price of $799.00 on 2/17/2014. My credit card was charged on 2/18/2014. Received unit on 3/5/2014. They sent a "scratch and dent" / refurbished one, even though I ordered a brand new one. Fitnessblowout.com calling center kept telling me that "they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer" as far as what had happened. It took until on 3/13/2014 to receive finally notification of the following:
"I apologize for not getting abck to you soon. I wanted to research how you were sent a machine that was a return. It turns out the vendor made the mistake and that particular model you ordered is not brand new. I’ve now updated our website to avoid this form happening going forward. I understand you thought you were getting a new treadmill and I hope you can understand that’s what we thought our vendor was going to send you. With that said, there’s three things I can do to help you out.
1) Pick up the unit and provide you a refund
2) I can forgo the profit we made on your order and refund you $127 if you would like to keep it
3) We can ship you a brand new treadmill (see link below) at a discounted price.
This unit retails for $1297 but I can take a $100 off the price due to the circumstances. If you wanted to go ahead and get this treadmill, you would only have to cover the difference of $398. I sincerely apologize on behalf of our vendor for this error happening. I do want to help anyway I can. Please let me know which option you would like to move forward with and I’ll execute immediately. Thanks!"
Wow, they really go all out there don't they? It is a farce! Most companies that were at fault with FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT BEING AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE A PERSON'S CREDIT CARD FOR A REFURBISHED UNIT WOULD IMMEDIATELY send you a brand new unit at their cost, but not FITNESSBLOWOUT.COM! THEY ARE SCAM! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUN AS FAST AND FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE, LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS SAY. DON'T BE LIKE ME AND DISCOVER THIS REVIEW LINK AFTER YOU ORDER FROM THEM! In my opinion, they had no intentions of sending me a brand new unit all along; it is just a money making scam!
Needless to say, I had chose option No. 1 (Pick up the unit and provide you a refund), and to date, 3/27/2014, I still have not received information when they will be picking up this unit. They know how to work it, and I am sure nothing will be done until my credit card company finishes my dispute claim or the Attorney General gets to them first, as they have no morals or values and they should be shut down...but remember their famous line "Health and Happiness"!
