Fitness Blowout doesn't honor their 'Lifetime Warranty'
I bought a Le Tour De France stationary bike from them, and they talked me out of buying the manufacturers extended service plan.
Shortly after the manufacturers warranty expired, the bike broke. Fitness Blowout told me to call manufacturer. I requested a service call and was told I'd have to pay a trip charge. I asked how much, they couldn't answer. They promised to set up call with their subcontractor for service.
Subcontractor claimed they called and left messages, my phone log says they didn't. Fitness Blowout asked me for a specific time to call, I provided several times and they never called.
After about 6 weeks, I finally got a trip charge quote from subcontractor by learning who they were and emailing them. Charge is $265.00, and it was implied that two trips would be needed (one to diagnose, one for repair).
It's my impression that Fitness Blowout has no intention of ever doing any warranty work.
I've got a quote from Sears of $95 for repair, plus parts.
Fitness Blowout ripped me off.

I purchased my elliptical from Fitness Blowout in 2009. They are great.
I have used my elliptical almost every day since I purchased it in 2009. It is gym quality very well built. I have had no trouble with it. It is quiet so that I can watch television while I workout. I bought it direct from the manufacturer so it was less expensive than buying it retail. I recommend it.

Miserable experience
Move very quickly from this website. I had to file a lawsuit to get what I purchased. The website is slick. It's easy to use, the graphics are great. You can view the owner's family picture. And if these don't hook you, you have Hulk Hogan, Cheryl Crow, and Michael J. fox apparently endorsing the site. You are drawn in; you want to trust these people. What could go wrong? Most everything!
Working with Fitness Blowout has undoubtedly been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I purchased a Precor 576i elliptical in November 2013. I received the machine in December, but the wrong console was attached, it was not completely functional and it was cracked. I spent tens of hours on the phone, mostly waiting for someone to pick up, functioning as my own service rep and as go-between between the various departments, but none of the service reps could solve my problem?! I was put in contact with Jarryd, the Assistant Director of Customer Service, who, after weeks of frustration, lost sleep, unanswered emails, complaints to other reps, just so Jarryd would respond to me, sent me the top half of the wrong computer console. It was then that Fitness Blowout realized that they had sent me the wrong machine as well.
Meanwhile, I had filed an online complaint with the BBB of Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, but they closed the case as Fitness Blowout did not respond to three attempts at communication. I refused to accept the lesser machine, which clearly was not the machine advertised on the website, for which I paid $3700.00. Many months into this process Jarryd finally suggested that I be shipped a new machine. Then he stopped communicating with me. I spent tens of more hours pleading for help and complaining, to no avail. I sent a certified letter to the owner, Mr Jim Rosen, notifying him of my intention to sue if the problem were not resolved, but received no response. Using an online small claims filing company, I filed a small claims lawsuit at Inglewood Courthouse, Superior Court of California, Court of Los Angeles, Southwest District and soon after the court date was set (June 26, 2014), Jarryd emailed me, astounded that I was still having problems?! I ultimately received the elliptical I purchased and the suit was dismissed on June 3. This was a six-month nightmare, easily confirmed at the BBB and Inglewood Courthouse.
It is hard for me to understand how this company stays in business. They claim that 95% of customer problems are caused by their distributors, but it seems to me that the real problem is in how Fitness Blowout responds to the mistakes that are made. No one seems to know what is going on. No one would take responsibility for my problem. I believe that without a court date, I would have been left with a $3700.00 useless hulk of metal. The on-line complaints about Fitness Blowout are maddeningly consistent. Be very careful, be wary of the positive reviews, and save all documentation, or better yet, go somewhere else.

Everything as Explained and Promised
I found this company because it was the only one that had videos on youtube showing me how the machines actually worked. I ended up spending thousands of dollars with them on a Galena Bodycraft Corner Gym. I spoke to Diego when ordering and he was very helpful with his explanation of the system. After I ordered, I got a confirmation email and then didn't hear anything for a week or two so just out of curiosity I googled Fitness Blowout Reviews... and I saw so many negative reviews that I completely freaked out. But I figured, it was too late now so might as well wait and see. I read the email confirmation carefully and it said that I could expect to receive the equipment in 30 business days. Sure enough, 5 weeks after ordering the gym, it arrived completely as promised and without any damage. I had ordered the white glove service and unfortunately they company that they outsourced that service to... "Optimus" was not as great. I had to hunt them down to set up an appointment. But finally I was able to set up the appointment and they arrived as agreed, and the subcontractor they sent was excellent. Now I have been using the gym for a week and I absolutely love it. It came with a poster showing all of the different exercises and an interactive DVD. i am doing much more now than I used to do in a full gym. So I am here to defend Fitness Blowout from all these bad reviews. Whenever I called they ALWAYS answered my call. I would definitely order from them again.

Repair problem
I purchased a treadmill from fitness blowout in 2009. It developed a start-stop problem this year. The sales associate diagnosed the problem and was very helpful with his instructions. In addition, the company, sent a new cable at no charge.

Fitness Blowout Total ripoffs
I am a disabled veteran and I rely on my treadmill for peace and relaxation cause it just clears my mind of everything that happened in Iraq. When my old treadmill brokedown i decided to order a top of the line used one from what i thought was a reputable dealer, a Precor 966i that the dealer told me was like a new used car that it would last awhile but after awhile you might have to replace parts and it could get expensive but the treadmill would last me years. Well decided to get a small loan to get the treadmill i have always wanted and every since than i have regretted it . I ordered it in November of 2013 never got it till late January 2014, worked fine for a week than all of the sudden things started going haywire. Started to take treadmill apart and looked inside the components the dealer had done nothing to get it ready there was dirt dust and just crap everywhere. they did not replace parts that needed replaced it took 2 months for me to get a display board than after i fixed it several other problems came up immediately afterwards with the IFT module, metric display board, metrics display cable, data communication cable, and since i told them i needed them parts i have been getting the runaround and have been waiting over 4 months on these parts now. This is all thanks to Jarryd that pathetic customer manager he his an the people above him who do not put the customer first all they want is your money and to rip you off so i encourage you to call me jerry jacks at 740-367-7574 to get more details on this company and what has happened to me .
