This company is the worst company I have ever done business with. They are very dishonest and deceitful. We ordered a piece of equipment from them 10 months ago. It took 3 months to get it delivered and it was broken and unusable. Now 10 months later no replacement or help. I have tried to get them to replace or refund me with no success. They simply ignore me and hope I will go away. The equipment was over $3000. They are a complete rip off. I would avoid them at all costs.

I ordered my treadmills three years ago and I have been very pleased with the level of professionalism I have received from the representatives at Fitness Blowout. I recently called needing a part replaced and I was taken care of right away. I appreciate the extra mile they go to. I won't order any equipment from anyone else.

be aware that these people are very good sales men. i had done all the research before i bought the unit i wanted. it has been over 50 days since i have ordered and have not received the equipment yet. they say ups lost it and they were waiting for the claim. i told them that you will be getting your money back, so in the mean time send me out a new unit. they said cant do that. so i said i will order another unit and than you can cancel the first order. he said he would speak to his manager, who said they will send me another one and i do not have to place a new order. there is no compensation at this co. BOTTOM LINE: if you want to constantly be on top of them like a puppy and do not mind waiting until you are too old to get your unit that go ahead. also once you place your order they do not really care about u any more (as they did before you gave them your money).

This company has false advertising on their website. They use hard pressure sales and bait & switch tactics. They lied to me regarding their pricing, return and cancellation policy. They label their used equipment with different names and numbers and claim they are recommended by Consumer Reports (when they are not). They shipped a product to me after I cancelled the order in hopes that they could extort the return shipping and restocking fee out of me. In short, this company should be shut down and if you deal with them Buyer Beware.

We purchased three pieces of equipment in 2009 for our clubhouse fitness room. Now in December of 2014 we actually need a few small parts. We were worried that they would not be available after so much time but one email and my parts are in stock and ready to ship. Thank you David and Augustine.

I recently needed a new motor drive belt for my CardioZone Foldaway, which was purchased from Fitnessblowout.com a few years ago. When I called I reached a gentleman named David. He immediately helped me, not only ordering the belt, but recommending an excellent repairman, who subsequently picked up the belt and installed it. The entire experience could not have been easier. What a relief.

The sales representatives are amazing and so helpful! They took their time helping me and were in no rush. I'm pretty indesisive so it took me a couple weeks to decide what i want but was not pressured at all. Great service and a lot of patience :)

Love this company and their amazing prices. I called them up to order a treadmill and my sales rep not only recommended a great treadmill but also helped me get a great price lower then any other company could.
