When we placed the order we were told the equipment was in stock and ready to ship. One month later called to see the status, we were told the equipment was in transit. Representative was rude and stated according to the agreement it will take 35 business days for the equipment to arrive. We waited patiently, end of 35 business days called again, got an email with tracking number which was fake. Call the again and the company stated that there was an issue with the equipment it will take longer to delivery. When asked for refund the manager denied the refund. Representatives were rude and the Manager [email protected] was extremely rude. All I want is my money back.

Before you even consider calling this company. Call the Better Business Bureau. This company has over 220 registered complaints against it over the last 3 years. Unfortunately for me I was too trusty and called to register a complaint and ask for resolution after the fact. This company has the biggest scam going, they claim 100% satisfaction and lowest price. They fulfill neither when put to the test. The salesman sweet talks you into buying their products and when you compare the same exact product cost you find out that you would've got it for $250 less. Once purchased forget about getting your emails and/or phone calls returned. I was just asking to match the price and the whole thing would've been resolved. The key to them not answering your correspondence is that they want the product to ship as they claim that they have the right to charge you $199 x 2 = $396 for a 2-way shipping. I clearly asked for price match in writing the very next day and a week later when I didn't hear from them I cancelled my order prior to shipment and was yet ignored once again. Then just a week later I get an email CONGRATULATING me that my machine shipped. Big deal. I will be their worst walking advertisement from here on out, I'm not done yet, the Better Business Bureau was only the first step.

On 1/20/11 I ordered a Free Motion treadmill from Fitness Blowout. It was expected to take 14 business days for curbside delivery. On day 15, I called spoke with Will, said he would call back that Friday or Monday by the latest. The next Friday I e-mailed making inquiry because I hadn't heard anything from Will or anyone else. Long story short, I opened a dispute with Discover two weeks ago after e-mailing Fitness Blowout to cancel my order and just last Friday I receive an e-mail indicating the treadmill was shipping even though I told them to cancel it two weeks ago. They ignore e-mails and yes they have threatened a 20% restocking fee together with inbound/outbound freight but they have never shown proof of shipping just useless e-mails that when I respond they ignore. I do have a tracking number with UPS freight but no information is available about the PRO number and I believe they have only requested the number and have not shipped as of yet. I will fight this company to the end for the 100% refund on my credit card even though I had to pay for it a long time ago. I only wish I had Google searched this place before ordering. Shame on me never again. I will make a complaint to our state Attorney General. They need to be put out of business since they obviously have poor business practice.

On January 6, 2010, My father and I went to the actual showroom to hopefully purchase and take home a Precor elliptical 576i. We spoke to Will who was very knowledgeable and after he explained the lengthy shipping process we decided we should go ahead and order it today so we wouldn't procrastinate anymore on buying an elliptical. 3 weeks go by. No emails, no updates, no phone calls. We began calling like, every day. "Oh, it will be there next week." Oh, it will be delivered next week." Uhm, WTF. Still not here and we still don't have any tracking information. After calling for the 7th or 8th time, a woman on the phone said she would email us the tracking information on our "free" mat and our elliptical immediately, we still have no email. Save yourself the heartache. We should have just sprung for the 8,000 elliptical and saved the drama. I shouldn't have to hunt down employees to do their job. I'm not asking for favors here. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran- I just wanted an elliptical!

Well, I see a number of reviews on this organization and my personal experience has been five stars. I discovered the 25-35 business day delivery time-frame (on the purchase order after the sale). I had been told by a sales person that it would take up to 17 business days. Usually a company will over-estimate the delivery time so that it gets to the customer earlier than the estimated delivery date. So, after 10 days, I called to see if anyone could give me any additional information on the status of the order. I spoke with Martin on the call-back and Martin did an outstanding job. I will receive my merchandise, a lot sooner than was quoted from the original sales person (17 business days). I haven't received it yet, but the freight company called today and said it would be delivered on Monday 1/17 and today is Wednesday 1/12. The order was placed on 12/27. To me, it is a real pleasure to work with an organization that has excellent prices and great customer service skills after the sale has been consummated.

My experience mirrors many of the others on here. Plenty of lies, not a shred of customer service, hidden fees that aren't revealed unless you ask about them. I had a gut feeling that things would go horribly wrong and they most certainly did. Within 6 months our treadmill stopped working correctly. The display works but does not accurately compute things such as heartrate, etc. It displays the same numbers all the time. Within this time period, the deck broke as well making it super dangerous to operate because it feels as though you could twist your ankle. I can assure you after reading the owner's manual we took great care of our $1500+ "investment". Like most others, we have had nothing but the run around on getting it fixed. In fact, we were told the company who made the treadmills has gone out of business. Thus, we are SOL on getting it repaired. In addition, we purchased the upgrade option for "free" lifetime replacement belts, despite numerous requests we have yet to receive one. WORST COMPANY EVER. Purchase in your local area if at all possible. These jerks know they can get away with a majority of the fraudulent business they commit because they don't have to deal with you face to face.

I purchased a Free Motion treadmill that was delivered late, without a power cord and has never worked. I am appalled by the customer service of both Free Motion and Fitness Blowout. After sending someone out who acknowledged that it was broken, they agreed to replace but I was to remove the old one "new" one at my own expense. I still have not gotten a working treadmill and at this point do not want it. I expect a FULL refund. I refuse to pay a 20% restocking for a "broken" piece of S**t!

I called the company about a treadmill I saw online because their website says to call to get the best price for that day. Even though it states, offers will expire that day, every day they advertise $0 Shipping, $0 for Lifetime Warranty, $0 Sales Tax and 0% Interest Free Financing. The guy went through the sales presentation and when I asked about the 0% financing for 1 year, he told me the bank charges a 7.25% origination fee. When I explained to him that I work for a finance company and that the fee has to be disclosed under the financing terms and conditions on their website (it was not disclosed), he put me on hold. He came back a few minutes later and stated he would 'waive' that fee for me since it was not updated on their website. Two weeks later, the origination fee has not been disclosed and I wonder how many poor suckers actually pay that fee. I also wonder if their finance company is aware they are trying to pitch that as a fee charged by the finance company. It would not be 0% financing with a 7.25% origination fee, now would it??? Also, when I called, I blocked my phone number because I did not want to receive follow up phone calls from these shisters. The sales rep must have obtained my phone number from their phone bill and called me last week. I told him I would never buy anything from them and to never call me again.
