Can I give this tracker a or negative rating? Using their system for several months. I was on The phone with them at least once a week trying to get it to work right and then it would work right and then I would call again with a problem the next week. Safe zone: Because The area you can save as a safe zone is A circle It does not work well with a Long narrow yard. Tracking: The system does not have real time tracking. It would let me know that she had left The yard several minutes after she had done so. Sometimes it would tell me that she had left The yard and she hadn't. Very unreliable tracking. Customer Service: Yes they have great Customer Service. I do not have time to call them every week to get The system to work like it's supposed to! Durability: The GPS itself seems to be fairly durable. The zip tie is a pack with The system itself are brutal and break easily. When we needed to attach it to the collar using our own zip ties. We discovered this problem when The GPS had fallen off her collar and I needed to roam our to grow over looking for The GPS. Thankfully it still had battery charge to it, but I needed to find it through a 3rd party GPS locator. I do not understand how this company has gotten such a good rating.

Nothing but kind and helpful customer service. Their tracking device gives me peace of mind and so much health information I didn’t know I needed!

We got Fitbark as a replacement for Whistle when they sold to another company. I like the size of the Fitbark and that the device covers come in several colors and are changeable. So far, they do a good job of keeping tabs on my dogs and reporting on their activity levels and health metrics. Fortunately, we haven't had to try the tracking function, but it gives a sense of security that it's available if the dogs decide to go exploring on their own.

Fitbark was easy to setup and after about a month of use, it is giving me lots of information about my pup. Plus I like the GPS part of it in case my dog gets lost. I'd definitely recommend.

Customer service is there 24/7 whenever you need it. Great for troubleshooting or general questions to get you and your pup set up.
