Bought a machine for $8,000 under the premise it was a one-time cost with no ongoing fees. They bait and switched to charging a monthly fee which I refuse to pay for their “service” and so now I have 8,000 dollars worth of useless machine I literally need to throw away. 🤷🏻‍♂️ $8,000 down the drain… it may not be much to some, but it was a huge expense (and gamble) for my business that has proven to be an abject failure. Live and learn I guess.

DO NOT BUY! You will pay $10k to $13k for the machine and the rights to use it. Then they will charge you 3 years later a $100- $300 monthly subscription or threaten to turn off your machine.

Purchased this scanner in 2020, one of the factors we considered when comparing with others is that they promised that we would never have to pay for a service plan. After they changed this module and introduced a 3 tier subscription plan, they promised us that this would be for new clients only. Fast forward a few months and now were being told that we have to also pay for a subscription starting at 1200/year or else we have a 10,000 piece of useless equipment sitting in our facility. Incredibly deceitful and horrible business practice. I would stay away and opt for a more honest and better value product else where. Buyer beware!

I purchased the equipment on oct 2021. I was sold the machine with hopes of being able to scan my clients unlimited. About 6 months ago i was being told i have to pay a fee for it. However a letter from patrick told me not ti worry my machine will not become a expense paper weight as he called it. Now nov 1 2023 im being told as of dec 2023 that is what i will own they will no longer support my machine because of cost. I was sold a piece of equipment under false sales practices. Think 100xs over and buy the inbody machine. Dont listen to the fake promises of fit3d

When I purchased, it was months to get and they were slow to ship. Now, forced to purchase a subscription in order to use. I would not get this unit. Better units available and not worth the price.

DO NOT BUY FIT3D Save your money. This company promised that I would never pay a subscription fee. Now they are demanding that we buy a service plan and our equipment will no longer work after December of this year. The subscriptions are from $50-$250 monthly. So basically, I will have a $10k paper weight. Also they have the worst customer support. I have waited 4 weeks for my equipment to be fixed and that’s happened multiple times. It’s always a computer issue on their end. You have to email back and forth for weeks before getting it resolved when a phone call could have had the problem fixed in minutes. Seriously, do not buy their BS.

For 10K you should have the machine actually work- the owners are forcing machine owners to buy the new operating system in order to have the machine, that has been paid in full, to operate. This really seems like bate and switch. Ive owned the machine for 3 years, one during covid, so no clients. SCAM- look for a different company. Customer service takes 5-7 days to respond to a service ticket request as well. They must be having a lot of issues if they are that swamped. Pass.

I'm very fortunate to have a wonderful person looking after me and I'm sure other people on our island will feel the same.If I'm the only person that feels Sindy is Sindy the Best I don't care,I feel I could not have got the results I have with out her help.I do have complications but we worked round or through them and I'm the one in a very happy place.Thankyou Sindy💃🤓
