Fast and efficient delivery!

I did not recieve complete order. I did not receive gsskets and clamps.

1) TRACKING INFO REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE ARRIVING, 2) PRODUCT WAS ORDERED 12/18/2023 WITH 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING, I EXPRESSLY ASKED IF PRODUCT WAS ON HAND AT LOCATION AND WAS RESPONDED TO WITH A YES, HOWEVER PRODUCT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND DID NOT ARRIVE UNITL JANUARY 4TH. 3) WHEN PRODUCT DID ARRIVE IT WAS DAMAGED, THE BOX IT CAME IN WAS IN GOOD CONDITION SO THE PRODUCT WAS BOXED WITHOUT INSPECTION AND DAMAGE. THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WAS DESTROYED UPON ARRIVAL.

The part arrived when they said it would and it was packed securely.

The person I spoke to did not know the answer to my question; but found out what the answer was and called back in a short period of time. Great customer service.
