Ordered part with 2 day delivery via UPS but it took over a week before they actually shipped the part.

Total rip off! Selling used truck parts for more than new ones. And charging a 20% restocking fee in order to return the over priced part.

I needed a part, searched it on the internet and First Truck came up. I called to verify the part was in stock even tho it said it was. They told me they had it. So I ordered it online and recieved it to days later in Canada. Very impressed with the service and the quick response to get it out

FIRST TRUCK PARTS HAD THE PART I NEEDED AT A FAIR PRICE. PART WAS A LITTLE DELAYED IN SHIPPING BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER ALL OVER THE COUNTRY SO THAT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE. PART WORKED AS IT SHOULD. WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
