For 3 months since I paid and I still do not have the policy send to me. Let’s see how they will respond when I need something repaired! July - September

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with.. I never was able to use the service because not one of the 6 companies that was dispatched came to the service call. When I asked about a refund for a service that I had for 1.5 months with no service I was offered $30 a a refund on a I paid in full. And the customer service so condescending when you express your concerns. This company is a scam please runnnnnnnnnn.

They do not return emails that you send and there is no other way to speak to anyone. Stay away from this one.

Best warranty service out there. I cannot believe how fast there service turnaround is. I called to place a claim 9am and a technician was scheduled and at my house 10:45am the same day!! I’m so glad I was referred by my friend for this company. Only good things

This company is a scam. They demand the entire payment upfront, almost $3000. No subcontractors wanna work with them because they are cheap and don't make payments. Took four months to fix my dryer. The subcontractor still wasn't paid. I canceled my plan. They said that I could cancel it anytime. That was three months ago. I filled out all the paperwork as requested, and they have not given me my refund. I had the policy for five months. And they only agreed to give me $1200 back. But they have still not returned the money. They have not answered my calls, emails or my voicemails. every time I call, they now put me on hold and then hang up. They are a HUGE scam!!!!

If you are thinking of using this company for a home warranty, just don’t. Close your computer and walk away and revisit and find another company to use. This company will cause you to grow grey hair faster than anything else in this world. They won’t answer their phones. They won’t return an email even though they tell you to email them. They won’t help in one bit. We called about our pool in June. We wrote to them to let them know the first company that was contacted didn’t want to work with first premier because they have issues getting payment. They then assigned a plumber to our pool. It took 5+ days to get someone else assigned. That person wouldn’t answer emails, calls or texts. Then finally said he would come out but then never came and stopped answering calls. I contacted first premier (god forbid) on a Thursday about this after waiting for over 90 plus minutes on hold and using the real estate option to get through, that we needed someone else. We got someone on Monday and that person put in a claim on Tuesday and we still haven’t heard from first premier after 6 days and multiple calls that go unanswered and now my 11th email just on this topic alone also unanswered. If you happen to have to use this company know your contract, because they won’t. They will tell you it isn’t covered. But then you will read the contract back to them and then they will ask you send it to them. We are are still waiting on a check from April! They said it was going to be sent out on July 23rd. It’s now been 8 weeks and coming from New York, not Cape Verde. In conclusion, find anyone but first premier. Please, please do not give them money. They will be rude to you and try everything in their power to not pay for what they have covered. Find a reputable company. You will be so happy you did.

I am reporting them to Atty Generals office. They did not issue link after 4/5 phone calls in to get it. 6 months later I got it. They do not answer the phones or they answer transfer then disconnect. I’ve been trying to get a service scheduled since June. There are no cancellations allowed. They keep full year payment. I got one phone called through annd agent told me they did not cover my issue. Then she charged me $120 for service call. No one has ever been to my house at all, They are scammers. What they sell you on is not true. Do not buy.
